I just wanted to compliment you on this tutorial! Straight to the point and super clear about instructions! I am a very experienced with sublimation but just go a new tumbler press! I have done lots of tumblers but about to whip up a customer mug order! Thank you for this!
Such good information. I wished I would’ve known this before I ruined the heating element on one of my Tumblr presses but now I know why. Thank you for all the good information.
I’ve watched soooo many sub videos and THIS by far was the best one I’ve seen. Been following you for a while on DikTok and IG, now here. Not one person has ever said anything about the two mugs in a press. Genius!! I’m literally about to do that exact thing. Thanks Love, you’re the best ❤
Hi! great info! Quick q- you talked about making sure to have two tumblers, mugs, etc in the heat press to avoid bubbling. What if you do not have two designs to do at that time? Could you put a blank one in or would that ruin the sublimation coating?
The bubbling happened to me & my heating element died. I had no idea why until I watched this video. Could This bubbling effect the reason for over heating and damage the heating pad?
Your kind of smart. Thanks for the information. 2.25 x 7 9" x 4" that's really nice of you to share this information. Also 1/2" from handle the press doesn't heat well.
Ok, I am probably being dense, but why is center on one side different than on the other. in other words, 2.25" is exactly the middle point between the left edge and the center of the overall design. 7", however is not at the middle point of the right-hand side. Why is this?
This is great! Thank you! If I’m only pressing one mug for a customer should I just use another blank sublimation mug to keep my press in good shape? Do you think that would make the blank inert or would it work to be sublimated later? I hope that makes sense! Love the style of your video! ❤
First of all, thank you!! And yes, that's what we do! 😁 just put a blank mug in. We have a dedicated blank that we use for those one offs. Not too sure if it messes with the coating
@@thecraftybitchcompany thanks for the reply! I think I’ll do that exact same thing. I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge instead of gatekeeping. :)
Also you are actually supposed to have mugs or tumblers in the machine as they are heating up...not the ones with designs on but new ones or old ones. as this makes bubbling happen also ruins the element when heating up and nothing is in the press. i use 2 old mugs that were messed up and ive kept 2 layers of butcher paper round
oh no - brown typically means overcooked so check your press with a thermal heat gun and make sure it's not running hot. If it is, adjust your temperature accordingly

This means so much to me. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment this ❤️❤️❤️ good luck!
Hands down the best tutorial! ❤
This was a greatttt video. I thought i was going to have to buy a mug press separate from my tumbler press. You saved me so much money.
I'm so glad!! ❤️❤️ thanks for watching 😊

Awesome! We have those blanks too! Love your works!🥰
Thank you for this, simple and awesome explanation.
Great information and presentation! What size heating element did you use? 20,30,40oz? Thank you!

Yup! That's exactly what I do 🙂

Thank you for the tutioral! Which sublimation paper do you recommend?

You are very welcome 😊
You will definitely need to adjust settings and dimensions depending on your press but at least you have a good starting point
QUESTION: Did you use butcher paper?
Love those mugs!

that bubbling happens eventually anyway. its happened on all my normal mug press machines where the mug covers near the whole of the heating element.
Hello, which tumbler heat press machine is that? Thank you
Thank you, very helpful!!
Worked for me! Thank you!
Hi. What printer do you use?
Love those mugs!😂
Gotta go back and check but I'm pretty sure it was your video I watched for setting up my printer you're literally carrying me through this
Thank you great video. My first mug did good does have a small boo-boo
Do you not wrap in butcher paper?
I know you say 385 but why is your tumbler press showing around 335-350ish? Is it because of heat escaping?
Also you are actually supposed to have mugs or tumblers in the machine as they are heating up...not the ones with designs on but new ones or old ones. as this makes bubbling happen also ruins the element when heating up and nothing is in the press. i use 2 old mugs that were messed up and ive kept 2 layers of butcher paper round
Do you use Photoshop illustrator or just regular photoshop for your designs?
Just regular photoshop 🙂
Which printer did you use to print the design?
Thank you!!!!!
How wide is the image ?
Thanks girl 🥰🥰
My wife had some lower crooked front teeth and thought she was beautiful.
I put one at a time and my black came out brown
