I just got the same exact press in the mail today, and needed a good starting point. In my Cooks 1000 watt convection oven, they were taking 15 minutes. This is so much faster, and like you said, the handle is not hot. Huge game changer. Thank you.

You've taken the complicated mystique out of a process that is so logical, and your teaching is clear and simple with step by step. I think this is the only video I'll ever need. And because of all this, you have inspired me to invest in good equipment (Epson here in the UK) and the confidence to go for it. I'll come back when I've made my first million ... (mistakes, that is lol). Thank you so much.

I use the Epson ET4700 with Hiipoo Inks on HTTP-XP TexPrint Paper. The results are phenomenal, and her guidance will save you a ton in wasted mugs/ink/paper. Don't be like me, just mirror every image from the get go. I also use Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo which are much cheaper alternatives to Adobe products, but work the same.

The 400 degrees F is a magical number. Anything less it will not work. Anything more, and you may lose the vibrancy of the image. On T-Shirts, and Aluminum picture blanks you only want to press for 1 minute.

Would love to have the entire thing especially to do Christmas plates and giving plates. Would you have a recommendation? Thank you for your great videos, I don't always comment but I watch and appreciate each and every one of them.

Hi there. Wonderful job on your mugs. I'm interested myself to set out on this endeavor. I'm learning some things about it but I have some questions. I'd read that the transfer of your photos can come out distorted or blurry. I have 4 questions at this time.( Questions 1 )... I read in some cases it's the quality of the photo ? ( Question 2 ) In other cases it's the printer itself ? ( Question 3 ) In other cases it's the tempature of your press ? ( Question 4 ) in some cases it's the pressure used ? ( Question 5 ) And finally... I'd read that the photographs used can contain moisture themselves that can distort your finished product. I don't have alot of money to invest. I cant afford a setup like yours however you obviously must be very professional and I can really appreciate that. I don't even know what mugs I should use. If you could offer me any affordable advice I'd greatly appreciate that. Thank you and God bless.

Hi, thank you for your very simple clear video's!! When you use the copy paper do you use the sub ink or inkjet printer. I just did my first mug thank you to your video. I did use sub paper and ink but curious about copy paper.

Always sub ink. The magic is in the ink, not the paper

Have you used the Cricut sublimation ink transfer sheets on a mug? I'm getting the grid lines from the Cricut transfer tape on the mug, along with the design. What am I doing wrong? Too hot? not hot enough? Too long a time? Too short a time? Any suggestions? Thanks!
