There’s a very wholesome meaning behind this video, it basically shows a low level adventurer doing what we all did when we were ‘at the bottom of the food chain’ if you will. We would find chests, but they would either contain nothing but trash and sometimes something useful, but mostly trash. Which in return, brought out our greedy side, wanting more than what we got from the chest we just looted, getting angry at the chest for not giving us something valuable. All in all this video is showing a life lesson, be grateful for what you have and don’t let your greedy side take over. Strive for better, but don’t get avaricious
Why’re the people replying acting like literal children? This is a relatively basic synopsis of the animation and from what I can tell it’s pretty damn accurate, I don’t see how stating what the animation is obviously conveying is “reading too deeply into it”, considering the high quality of the animation itself, I feel the story aspect had a little more care put in than just “*Skyrim animation because Skyrim cool lol*”.
that's actually so accurate with the chests if you've played skyrim bc you're like "ooh this might have something valuable" and it has some bread a level 1 dagger and a useless potion...
*50 years later* "Please, just one septim is all I need." "Do you know what it took for me to get just one septim when I was your age? Let me tell you."
Not real. When The Dovahkiin enters a cave, he doesn't exit until anything living inside is dead. Even the undead becomes double-dead. He exits caves by walking really really slow though.
There’s most likely one logical answer to this then, the character we saw was probably not a Dovahkiin at all, but an amateur adventurer looking for fame and fortune.

Got tears running. That moment was adorabs! I was like you go guy, you can get there! :D
I did too
Scrolls and potions sell for good money in the land of Skyrim.
noobs don't seem to think of that, at least I didn't when I was a noob 4 plus years ago.
they do? I never realized that, i have prob 20000 scrolls or something but i never sell anything because vendors always have 50 gold. You know any place that has vendors with like 10 000 money? I have alot of items to sell but dont know where to sell them
Artturi Hirviniemi The weight to cost ratio is important which is why potions and scrolls are better than even enchanted weapons often. With the merchant perk and inventory full of potions, I would travel between all the major cities and Riverwood visiting all the major stores. There are also mods that add more gold to merchants if you're not playing on last gen consoles.
Tyler Mackie its hard to get the merchant perks because people dont have any money lol
Tyler Mackie so i cant get my speech up
Just go work for Pixar already you talented sod! :D
Joseph Pattison But then they'll just be videos more related to Disney.
Both the ragdoll physics when rolling down the stairs and the contents of the chests got me. Great video, fantastic animation. Keep up the good work!
Anyone else think of hiccup from how to train your dragon when you look at the build of this guy?...
Chewy 934 how to train your companies
I think the same thing
Chewy 934 yed
Thats what I thought
Right!

UncleVlad Works I guess
This kid is every Skyrim player at one point.
Yeah, that is true, except for at least 50 problems, like the fact that this kid was dumb enough not to bring a weapon.
This kid didn't take everything that wasn't nailed down.
lel390 Well, seeing as how his survival was obviously based on chance and fear,he probably didn't even go to kill the first dragon.
Meaning that he wouldn't have even the first word of any shout.
The next video he’ll FUS RO DAH a dragon
He pulls that arrow from his helmet and I'm like "Yes, more ammo!"
Im Still Playing Skyrim Until Now Its A Really Cool Game
XD-Chan me too :P

There’s a very wholesome meaning behind this video, it basically shows a low level adventurer doing what we all did when we were ‘at the bottom of the food chain’ if you will. We would find chests, but they would either contain nothing but trash and sometimes something useful, but mostly trash. Which in return, brought out our greedy side, wanting more than what we got from the chest we just looted, getting angry at the chest for not giving us something valuable. All in all this video is showing a life lesson, be grateful for what you have and don’t let your greedy side take over. Strive for better, but don’t get avaricious
Well, at the end he looted the chest though
Uhhhhh this will probably confuse a 10 year old kid....
Or just a Skyrim animation because Skyrim is cool
No dumbass your just reading into it way too much
Why’re the people replying acting like literal children? This is a relatively basic synopsis of the animation and from what I can tell it’s pretty damn accurate, I don’t see how stating what the animation is obviously conveying is “reading too deeply into it”, considering the high quality of the animation itself, I feel the story aspect had a little more care put in than just “*Skyrim animation because Skyrim cool lol*”.
Gotta enjoy the little things... *the one piece of gold*
Nice UwU that was nice
Even though the scroll and poison were worth way more once they were sold
If he didn't take that gold maybe he would have found a thing he wanted to buy but he needed one more gold piece
One coin can make a difference as you can see in this video.
this is so cool, and the way he falled down the stairs

2:56 Skyrim Physics,
it never seems to age away. XD
Kinda like when you get full unrelenting force and "poom"!
How to Train Your Dovah
Step 1:DONT LET HIM OUTSIDE UNLESS THEY HAVE A WEAPON!
that's actually so accurate with the chests if you've played skyrim bc you're like "ooh this might have something valuable" and it has some bread a level 1 dagger and a useless potion...
2:54 That ragdoll physics gag was so spot on.
This should’ve been in the theatres as an awarded short movie!

Young Lucia sits on the lap of her Dragonborn father, as he tells her the story of his adventures before he stepped foot in Skyrim.
I thought adventurers were supposed to look tough
That's the joke.
(Its actualy a reference to Skyrim, where kids tell you this if you decline to play tag with them)
oh, thank you.Divines bless your kind heart.
But don't get on my bad side.
Hey mister.
Not real. When The Dovahkiin enters a cave, he doesn't exit until anything living inside is dead. Even the undead becomes double-dead. He exits caves by walking really really slow though.
best comment!+
U just decribed Darth Vader as dova
Chill dude he spent time on the animation
Sk1llz Heeler Dude, it's a joke.
There’s most likely one logical answer to this then, the character we saw was probably not a Dovahkiin at all, but an amateur adventurer looking for fame and fortune.
My OCD says pickup the lockpicks
must have the skeleton key
Holden Cross someone with the skeleton key wouldn't be bimbling about in dungeons with drauger death lords
That's not *real* OCD but okay. Thanks for making stereotypes of serious, frightening, mental illnesses.

not heavy enuff
Plot... now that's real power.
Lars Zingler The skull should have gotten stuck between the ground the the draugr's leg, accelerated to infinite speed, and killed the draugr... don't tell me you haven't been killed by a cabbage or an embalming tool before!
definitely been hurt badly on a high play level from running into ribcages and bones. goddamn dungeon health hazards; worse than the actual traps themselves sometimes.

i dunno what ya talking about, collected around 7 thousand coins in five skyrim days, just by collecting coins of every dead body.
yeah but this guy can't kill anything, just look at him
I collected 100,000 gold in three skyrim days by collecting all the stones of barenziah
tr_a_lolo you can easily do that by selling any armor and weapons you get in loot from your enemies
its not too tricky if you know where they are from previous. i know where 90% of them are as around half are in the main cities and surrounding areas of interest.

Lockpics are even better
The lesson here is: Be thankful for what you have, even when it's not much. In the end it will help you get to your archievments. 4 Out of 5 Drauger heads for this Animation.
Well, this was actually really cute. Thanks for putting in the hard work and effort of animating this for us. We all really appreciate it!
1st chest 19 lock picks
:30 seconds
2nd chest 3 lock picks
3rd chest 3 lockpicks
Totalled lock picks
I loved it.. I'm into animation and truly I must say this one got to me.. I'm so amazed by it's wide arrange of colors based off the actual style, This goes to show you never ceased to make good choices in how you animate..
Was hoping for him to find a shout on the wall behing the chest
He forgot opening chests, yelling, and accessing inventory stop time.
Daniel McCulley ZA WARUDO
Daniel McCulley It's shouting,not yelling.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA the ragdoll hahahah
A far too familiar camera angle than many of us would like to admit.
Maxed lockpicking skill so he only needs 1 lockpick. High enough sneak skill that he doesn't trigger pressure plate despite rolling over it. Can't hurt draugr.
Theory; he put all his points in noncombat perks, and the level scaling screwed him over :P
That draugr coffin looks so accurate and good
