Israeli & Palestinian Activists Come Together

  • At the 2019 AIPAC Policy Conference, many protesters rallied outside to voice their opposition to the State of Israel. Most were vehemently against any form of Jewish empowerment and were not interested in any sort of dialogue that included talking about Jewish rights, suffering, or aspirations.
After spending hours debating individuals from different backgrounds, we finally came across a young Palestinian independent activist who was willing to engage in dialogue focused on building a better future for all peoples living in the region.
Today, most activists, or individuals in power, use one group's suffering as a tool to attack the other side and illustrate their vision of the future as a zero-sum game. In other words, most who are "pro-Palestinian" are actually just anti-Israel and use the Palestinian cause to mask their true intentions, and most who are "pro-Israel" never actually learn about Palestinian struggles nor take their future as human beings into consideration.
Although there was plenty that the two of us disagreed on, we were also able to find a lot of common ground, especially on our outlook for the region's future and bringing both sides together.
To resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, it will take both the Israelis and the Palestinians. Those currently in power have no interest in changing the status quo, so change can only truly begin with the people, particularly the younger generation.
It is the responsibility of those who live in the region to write a better future and to understand that life will only get better for one side when the other side is no longer the antagonist of their own storyline.

@Film Play He is not a racist for specifying that a person should take the land that was stolen from them. This video only shows how Isreallis side-step the continious actions of taking palestinian homes illegally, the Isreali goverment and it's people both know they do this immoral, so they give reasons like oh we buildoze an entire house becuase a terrorist is hiding there, FALSE. Isreal has been taking land illegally since the 1980's and with the only reason of expanding isreal's land area is to squeeze all the palestinians from their homeland. By the way yes Armenians and Kurds both have the right of land from Turkey; not only that but Turkey should recognize the Armenian genocide committed in the beginning of the 20th century. Don't dare play the whataboutism card here, if you are just a decent human being, who agrees all human beings should have the same rights, then you would condemn Isreal and it's colonial terrorist strategies that has been waging for years.

Also the girl he’s debating with is not even that knowledgeable and he’s the one doing the editing. Watch Abby martins documentary on Gaza and it will give you a good idea. That said.
Either, make a citizen of "Palestine" a neutral party. Or Make official policy as war on Palestine. Which is ignorant. Remove the hostiles, and the conflict doesn't exist anymore..
Remove those who have violent jihad mentality. It is evident in speech from any islamist. Some
Israel should make certain who is or is not a "target of war" vs Palestinians natives. Israel isn't unaware of who exist as legal Palestinians and those who are entering illegally. They may obtain Palestinian identification, but see it from one side.. a woman with children who owns a Palestinian home isn't the "enemy". Unless them make that way, an enemy.

too bad it was full of falsehoods and demonstrably factious claims. For example Nazareth was never bulldozed nor were its residents evacuated. The opposite. The city fell after a short battle, after which the commander (Ben Dunkelman) gave his word to the residents that no harm would come to the civilians of the town even though they joined the ALA.

And the argument here is that we were native to this land before you guys, and you guys have no claim over this land. You guys got over 3/5 of pre-1948 Palestine and still want more land. This a video about diplomacy, not that Palestine being legitimate nation.
There is a two state solution for the time being, but there needs to be an integrated system for removing Palestine as a Islamic entity in Israel, it is simple to do. Not the Nazi method, but the Jewish method. Palestine becomes servant to Israel. But according to Jewish Law, you must respect your servants. For the master is judged more harshly. That is biblical, look it up.
      Proverbs 31:9
“Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.”
If Israel is to make Palestine desolated then they will suffer judgement for murder of the innocent. Either remove the hostile and forego the slaughter of children now or receive eternal suffering later.

Don't let the civil discourse dictate how the authorities proceed with jurisdiction. If she has no ties to any anti-Israel organization then she should be eligible for Israeli citizenship, sine she loves in Israels borders like he showed.
Until Palestine dismantles Islam within Israel, you will not see an end to violence. This isn't a Jew-Palestine war it's Islam vs Jerusalem. That doesn't mean Islam vs Judaism, but rather anti-God vs God. One can be a Palestinian and not be anti-Israel but until hatred is renounced for another , it is impossible to be anything but anti-inflammatory.

  • @omaralrub1255

Jews and Palestinians have always lived in the area in peace. There were minor issues, but when all the European jews came, they bought many lands, and Palestinians got scared that they would occupy them, which they were right. So they tried to fight, but because Britain and the USA backed up Israel, we lost the war. Arabs are very prideful and will never give up what they believe is rightfully theirs; that's why there's so much conflict. Also, Israel isn't fair and didn't know how to treat both ethnic groups as equals, making many Palestinians feel that they're occupied and not part of this new Country. Additionally, as Palestinians, and I think I speak for all. We don't support Hamas, Hizballah, the Palestinian freedom organization, Saudi, or Iran. We also don't support Israel because of the inequality. We can talk and argue forever, but Muslims know that Palestine will remain occupied and will never see freedom until the return of Christ and the day of judgment.
