Fermented Mustard Seeds

Fermented mustard seeds with apple cider vinegar (ACV). I’m not  100% certain that this is an actual fermented food. But since apple cider vinegar is fermented, and I’m adding it to the mustard seeds to sit in the container for three days, I’m calling it fermented.
