      Yes, from 2016-2019. Do you have the JBL package?

    Would this work in a 2018 non jbl?

    • @MuscleAmerican
      @MuscleAmerican  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you just need the non JBL harness and headunit.

    Is it only wired carplay/android auto?

    • @MuscleAmerican
      @MuscleAmerican  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it’s not wireless but you can make it wireless with a separate device. Check out my other video on how to do that.

      Yep, if your truck is a non JBL you need the non JBL wiring harness and non JBL 2020-2023 headunit to make the conversion.

    the "New 3.0 headunit" is junk hope you got that for free because there are aftermarket units that do a much better job and have wireless carplay and also give you the ability to use the USB port for music/videos, keep all your OEM options and more. Toyota is so cheap they could not even give you a second USB port for data, onlt one and it can only be used for one option or the other... LAME!

      I agree there are better options but I like the factory look and ease of implementation.

      @@MuscleAmerican I'm showing prices higher. $700 for 3.0 JBL head unit and can't find amp anywhere on E-Bay. Any suggestions on where to get an amp locally?
