- My 1985 Honda 125M I just bought is popping out of gear. Upon research, it seems to be a common issue, and it should be the detent lever. There is no good video showing the process that I could find, so I decided to make one.

Love seeing a brother who knows his shit
🫱🏾🫲🏼. I try to make sure my stuff runs decently
Great series! Just got one and looking for more content. 💪🏼
I loved my 125! It was such a good time. Now I’m working on my 1983 200e!
Thank you for making this video. It was a great help. I couldn't thank you enough. Much respect 🙏 👏
I researched for weeks and couldn’t find a decent video on the repair. I’m glad it can help someone!
Quick question? I just picked up an 85 125m. I'm pretty my detent arm is bad as well. But I want too know if u know why the left rear fender is cut? Mine has that same exact square cut out.
On my left fender, it’s cracked all the way through. It was like that when I got it. So they riveted an metal license plate on to strengthen it back up.
I got a 86 trx125 and it is stuck in neutral just clicks up and down do you know what that could be
Try to adjust the clutch
My 110 dose not go into 3rd it seems goes neutral like but then another shift hits 4th...down shifting it seems to hit 3rd...any suggestions..its seems to hit 3rd at times though..also it takes a big long foot stroke to shift gears...my 125m seems to only take min effort.
I’m not very experienced, but from messing with mine, I wonder if it’s your shifter fork
Try adjusting the clutch. Theres a screw on the opposite side of the motor
What size is that clutch nut
I am not sure. I used the clutch key to get it off.
