Welcome to the final recap class of the challenge. I wanted to make today’s class extra special and included extra time to give you a full length class experience. I hope you enjoy it 🙏
Thank you again Charlie. It has been an amazing challenge for me and I'm nowhere near where I wanna be in terms of strength and flexibility but definitely your classes have been very helpful. Am very happy to say that after 3 years of doing yoga (consistently) I'm finally able to do chaturanga dandasana correctly using the strength of my arms!! 🎉 Thank you again for your calmness, smiles and encouragement 🙏
Yes and no, a daily practice is brilliant but sometimes I think having a few teachers you like brings a variety to your practice. Charlie is brilliant and another teacher I find that complements her flows is twobirdsyoga. Both of them are great at making you feel like you have been to an in person class and also have a sense of community. My intention after this is for an almost daily practice between the two of them.
I loved was not always so fluïd but did my best. I could do both binds on the left but not pick it up. And with the thread under I catch my big toe in rolling panda😊. Thx ❤🎉😊
I’m back! I repeated this challenge because, yes, it’s that good. This time, I noticed something important and I’m so grateful for Charlie’s transparency. She wasn’t able to complete a pose, but instead of forcing it, she simply gave herself grace and moved on with the class. That motivated me to keep going with grace as well, especially since I wasn’t able to get all the poses either. I’m so proud of myself because I showed up on my mat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Right?! I had to stop 3 times while I got only 6 minutes in. Cut apples, stop a preteen catastrophic meltdown lol. But I told them all. Pretend I’m not here!!! I have an HOUR! 😊
This class was more of a hot yoga class for me, I was all sweaty, so when it came to the crow pose, all my body was slippery, yet I enjoyed sliding 😂😂😂 secondly, my bird of paradise seemed to have major injuries 😂. I did manage to do the bind and lift myself up, but straightening the bent leg was beyond, but I tried and it looked like the bird’s wing when it is about to take off… anyway was really low on the energy and wasn’t sure if I would be able to do 60 min… but I got through it thanks to Charlie’s guidance and constant encouragement. Thank u 🙏
Loved this 1hour long class and the extra long relaxation 😍. My Flying Crows were looking like downed crows, but it was fun to give this pose another try! Also loved that you added Camatkarasana and Natarajasana to this practice. ✨Thank you so much, dear Charlie! Happy weekend 🌸

I'm travelling, living in Guatemala for a couple months. The thing I knew I'd miss most about being at home was not going to my yoga studio nearly everyday. Sure enough, Universe provides as I encountered your videos. These are wonderful flows and practices and you've put me into poses, transitions, and shapes that I haven't experienced before. I’ve been avoiding this one bc I’ve always thought I couldn’t do a full hour class… well today I did the entire hour and it was amazing. I even did crow pose which is crazy to me!!!! I can’t believe how much strength I’ve gained in these 27 classes and I have broken my fear of the hour-long class!
What a terrific challenge! This was difficult in the best way possible for me! The first bird of paradise- I held for about 3 breaths. Then I got excited I was doing it, lost my focus and tipped over 🤦🏻♀️🫣🤭. This makes me feel powerful. I’m sad the 30 days is almost over .. but I have made so much progress over the last 27(!!!) days. What an achievement for everyone who is doing the challenge!! 👏

The message about the guest house at end was so perfect for me. I'm currently in the process of selling literally everything I own to move across the country. The idea of owning nothing has been scary, but deep down I know it is cleaning me out for some new delight. You are my angel, Charlie!
This was pretty hard for me as I tool this class after bouldering for 2 hours and running, so my body was super tired, but the savasana at the end was something else, I could've stayed another 15mins 😊
I couldn't get bird of Paradise on my right side (I've been working on this pose so I felt discouraged) But when we got to the left, I was able to fully extend my leg and I let out an audible "YEAHHH WOOO" Great way to start my day. Thank you so much for your care and guidance, Charlie ❤
Same happened to me in flying crow on my right side, I could separate the leg from the arm (which I thought I wouldn't happen any time soon) and extend the leg back. It didn't really fly but I felt so amazing that I did a small victory dance shouting YESSS.
Hi Charlie, you probably won't read this comment because it's an 'older' class, but I wanted to thank you for the challenge, and more generally, for the consistency which you release classes on YT (not a very english sentence, french yogi here, but you get the point !). You made me appreciate those calmer moments at the end of the classes, whereas I was prone to jump to daily life every time the pace slowed down. Thank you🙏
Wow. A superb recap session that made me more confident with the postures. Today, I strongly felt the peaceful and loving energy during the long Savasana period. Just let go. Thank you, Charlie, for sharing with us this voice of wisdom.🙏🙏❤️
Day 27 completed despite the intense heat of the last 3 days here in NSW Australia 40, 40 and 37 degrees Celsius. The extra skin moisture today helped me hold BOP Winners are grinners. This challenge has been amazing thank you Charlie. Namaste 😍💛

I have finally managed to attempt crow pose and hold it for 3 seconds :D (This is encouraging for me since I don't gain upper body strength easily) Thank you Charlie, for the energy you put into your classes 😊
I can't believe all the milestones I've marked in this 30 day!!!!!!!!! I've always modified my eagle legs- until today:P and I did all those transitions in eagle arms (I used my toe to stabilize once moving into warrior 3, but I'll take it!). I'm so glad I started to journal all of this- which I think was a suggestion from some charlie follows thing. I feel so awesome right now:) thank you!!

Yay!! I could move one leg in almost-flying crow!! I felt marvelous!!! I must confess, I was dreading this 60-min long class for many reasons, but after finishing it I have to say it was glorious. I could bind my hands on one side of the extended side angle and I could almost fly my crow on one leg too, amazing!! I can see progress happening in real time, thank you Charlie. See you tomorrow for Day 28!
Nice to work on flying crow today, moved into it from a shortened down dog and able to find some lift on the left (compared to none yesterday). Some good nourishing movement.
Honestly, Charlie, I'm always in awe of your stamina and poise. It must also be a challenge for you to plan and film these classes, but I'm so grateful that you have! There's 3 more classes for me and, like some others, I think I'm going to go back to this 30-day challenge to improve my yoga skills. Thank you again for another wonderful class, Charlie!

Fantastic practice and jam-packed with several poses where it forced me to face my fears, remain calm, breathe and execute. I feel accomplished after your practices Charlie. The more I do these more difficult positions, the better I am able to execute in a more efficient manner as my body starts to recognize the position and the muscle memory activates with familiarity.
This was a superb flow Charlie, thank you so much for a full hour of yoga, something I haven't done in quite some time. I can definitely see an improvement in my flexibility and balance in this class, still no flying crow but I, was happy to achieve crow and most of the other binds and balances. Listening to the birds and seeing the white butterfly 🦋 was such a joy and added to the atmosphere for this class. The words at the end were so emotive and thought provoking. Thank you for your excellent teaching and energy throughout this class and indeed this challenge 😊 🙏
