@@prateekkarwal8159 yes! I have had depression and anxiety for years and meditation has changed my life. Try it! It’s all about your mindset. You can actually cure your depression and anxiety by just changing our mindset and being more positive and meditation is a huge help in that!
@@prateekkarwal8159 but make sure to be consistent! After a week or two I would say you should feel a difference in your mind and thought process. Your thoughts will be more calm and your mind will be more clear. Not so many “racing thoughts” you’ll get peace and quiet is what I noticed.
Be aware of body/ feel the support start with deep breaths release tension from body (face, neck chest) relax breathe in heart space. Body should be tall be present (right now is enough, you are enough, today is enough) open mindness

She actually made me a bit anxious because she sounded anxious herself as she was dictating what we should do. She needs to be just a little bit more mellow in her delivery.
