Paul!!!! It’s Tania! You Changed my life. Chronic severe neck pain, 9/10 every day. Now I have next to no neck pain. Thank you both for your healing❤
I really appreciate both of you being so careful about how different things work for different people. I think we all have different capacities in dealing and facing our symptoms/sensations and we all have layers of history. And as practitioners of TMS, you look at your clients from your personal lens. I know that some practitioners push clients to a point of getting re-traumatized and some of us are now too scared of going forward. I feel you two really understand that practitioners really need to understand individual clients in guiding them uniquely. Thank you so much Tanner for always providing us great videos!
Thanks for your kind words! We wish you the best in your healing!
Thank you both for this! It was incredibly helpful and encouraging!
I really enjoyed this podcast, and especially your personal journeys and how your own experiences influence your practice. Thank you for being willing to share your stories.
We are so glad this was helpful. Keep going!
Yes, there is a significant difference between expressing anger in a way that is more about acting out and expressing anger in a healthy manner. In the first case, the anger owns you; in the second, you own the anger.
💚✨💚 Agreed!
I think in the case of TMS, the sufferers are generally conscientious people. If one expresses anger in aggressive, harmful way, this will be followed by a pile-up of other emotions including guilt and fear, difficult to process which prevents healing.
Great vid thnku
💚✨💚
I wish the chit chat was placed on the end of your videos. When I tune in it's because I need to hear soothing words and advise, not personal histories. Thank you.
Thanks for the feedback
Hi Tanner, thank you so much for all your videos, they're very helpful 🙏🙏 do you have perhaps any guides graded exposure meditation for fear/pain while standing up? A lot of us are suffering from this😢
Hi I'm so glad my content is helpful. I do not have a practice like this on the channel yet.
Are you able to discuss how diseases are impacted by this type of neuro inflammatory response?
This type of condition does have an impact on our immune system and therefore creates or exacerbates physical disease(?).
Can you maybe interview Dr. Rediger who wrote Cured?
Thanks either way 🙏
Thanks for the suggestion! I will try to do a video on this content soon!
