You are a godsend! I love what you're doing mama. Thank you for sharing this. You have helped change my mindset. I have struggled with the "poor" mentality for years because I lived paycheck to paycheck and would not save the little bit left over because I felt I needed to justify all the hard work I was doing. Now I have little hustles (on top of work) and am working on killing my debts. You rock! ❤❤❤
You are such an inspiration. I am starting over my cash budgeting journey and I’m in the process of getting my supplies together. I’m a teacher so I don’t get paid in the summer so it’s vital that I have a system in place. I don’t have much debt and I do a great job maxing out my investment. My issue is the money that is left over I splurge too much. So I’m getting back to cash envelopes.

Did you say you were going to be releasing another budget book? Also, love your channel and your work!
Instead of looking at cash budgeting as saving money, consider that you are "setting aside money for future spending." For example the cash in your vehicle maintenance envelope will be spent in the future. You just don't know when or how much.

Hello! I have a question; sorry if it ends up being long and confusing.
I work for a commission based sales company. I just started June 30th, so I don't have anything to base prior pay off of. I get paid one a month for the prior month. (For example, for the month of July, I won't get paid until around August 10th.) Since I don't know exactly how much my pay would be from month to month (because it's all sales- and commission-based; one month I may get as low as $200, where the next I may get $1,000 or more, for example), how would you suggest setting up the monthly spending and such? Should I just wait and see how much I get paid, or guess and then adjust everything once I get paid, or...?

@@Baddiesandbudgets I was too busy checking out how you separated the sections, but still included them side by side. Hopefully that makes sense. Subscriptions were separated and on the same page. I was in planner heaven and had to watch it twice to actually listen. The 2 pages shown was a good example of how my brain works. 🤣

How can I figure out my income when the days I work is always changing at my job? The number of days is not really consistent enough for me to be able to know how much each check will be bi-weekly.
