Do you sell the pages from this book just seperate without an hole punch? I like a disk bound planner more so i can remove pages when i mess up but i cant find any pages to customize with😂

Medical and dentistry. If you pay cash, make sure there are zero finger prints. Cash can not even have the finger prints of the front desk employee collecting the money. You will be punished. Pay medical and dentistry with cards, not cash.

Yes, the money gets deposited into either checking or savings accounts. Depending on it's job.
