I’m in a scenario where I recently started a job a month ago and I was misled in the interview process. My team now is really cool and the job is OK. The pay is really good but now I received an offer for exactly what I thought this job was going to be I’m not sure, if I should pursue potentially moving into another company when I just started a new job or if I should wait out a certain amount of time before I do that

What did they mislead you about? If it has only been a month and the new job is better pay, better people, and better work, then you're probably fine. Just don't list the current role on your resume and let there be a 1 month gap, or roll that month into the new role, or something along those lines. I'd have to talk to you 1on1 to clarify exactly how to handle the details and tell the story. But, don't feel beholden to a company just because you think you should stay for a certain amount of time. Also, don't feel guilty about leaving. They misled you in the interview, you realized you've been mislead, and you're ending the contract because of it to go to a job that isn't misleading you. They would fire you if the budget changed, or if they found out you misled them on your resume. Treat companies how they treat you and put yourself first. Just make sure whatever job you're going to next is as good or better. Don't get yourself into a worse situation.

@@CareerTherapy Thank you for the input!
In short I had asked very specific questions about the day to day tasks of the role. One good example is that I had asked if we are designing textiles through illustration and CAD drafting which they said yes. Later I found out that we do not do any illustration at all. The company I am chatting with soon is the team who actually does that work - the team I'm currently on works with one focal in their design team so I think they lumped those exciting details in to beef up their listing.
