      Masculine energy is known as “doing” action-oriented things, competitive, being assertive, driven, independent, and implementing leadership like qualities that set an individual up for success in this world. You constantly have goals you are striving to achieve while maintaining security and stability. There is generally a mission that’s being pursued to reach a level of accomplishment and productivity. Masculinity is all about the force of energy.
      On the other hand, feminine energy is about “being” present, using your soft skills, building a connection, feeling-oriented, free-flowing, and caring. You allow things to move gracefully while letting your heart guide you through your relationship. You are aligned with your values and open to receiving exactly what you deserve. And while you flourish with elegance, you remain true to your feminine power.

    “Learning to express your feelings without drama” boooom *drops mic* I beg my generation let’s pledge to teach our daughters the biological gender energies a gender neutral society is NOT what we should be striving for! let’s stop pitting our women against our men by saying we need gender equality!! We live in a patriarchal hierarchy and THANK GOD feminine energy is not orderly, logistical, or systematical!!!

That made me laugh so much cuz it is so true! The problem is when I tell a girlfriend about leave that man alone and lean back and turn her energy toward herself but she doesn’t understand and keeps on pursuing him and eventually that man pulls away because he feels so overwhelmed .

My God I tell them please tell your wife to get a life ! Ha , ha . I call 2 times tops or text him once . Eventually the man will show up when he can or want to ! But we have to learn to be happy on our own and let them add to that happiness . I learned that thru the hard way !

    I've had a big realization. I am a female stuck in my masculine energy too much. Probably comes from working in male dominated industries all my life (oil & gas, mining, bar industry).
    I have developed a tough exterior shell and I do everything for myself, I have a hard time allowing a man to do things for me.
    Example: at the grocery store I want to carry my own bags, I want to pump my own gas, do things for myself.
    I have a hard time being vulnerable around a man. I always want to show off my driving skills, or that I can do things that a man can do
    I have been told by men that I make them feel emasculated.
    If I want to find a masculine king, I need to be more feminine.

    This is difficult really 😂 I am a boss at My work and really have a lot of masculine energy. I am. Currently in a great long distance relationship with a man from Italy who aims to meet me in a few months. And I can't help but feel a bit anxious as to whether this will really happen. I know he loves me and he does express this often. But there are also times when he is totally in his weekday workzone mode where I don't feel like I matter too much to him because he's busy. It's times like these when I feel like I have to be talking to him and in control. But I'm slowly learning that I need to just lean back. And let him come around. It's quite difficult but I realize I am a busy woman and do have a lot going on so it's step by step just getting into my body.

    This is good advice for the start of dating or within a healthy situation. But a woman in an abusive relationship, ends up having to lock on and focus on him in order to watch for cues in order to survive/walk on eggshells. Same yang energy focusing on him but out of fear, not for interest in love.
    Pulling back into the soft, vast, powerful femme energy works to diminish his control in magical ways too!

I'm a single mom so it's hard for me to sit back as I have to do ... especially when my ex bf wasn't focused on the new family unit just himself. I guess there's a balance to be struck. I was more successful at work as regards income which I think had a very negative impact as he let me help him out financially. Lessons learned from this video big time. It can be hard to come out of your male energy when you have a lot of responsibility ... but I'll def try esp if we reunite 💗 x

    Adrienne, I wonder what happens when we may have met this man that prefers you to be totally absorbed into him? I was married to my first love very early on. Stayed in a horrible marriage for too long. Because he was older than I was. As a teenager, I was still trying to figure out who I was, and what I wanted as far as success in my life I stayed going to school, wanted my degree, stayed learning and growing all the time. But I feel now, being older and wiser, that this guy grew to feel like I didn’t need him. I have a girlfriend who is currently in a similar situation now. Where the man just needs and wants so much attention... that we feel bad when we get absorbed into ourselves. And the man goes elsewhere for attention... Easy out if you’re not married. But what if you are married? This is old I know. But you made me remember this situation. GREAT VIDEO. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU!!!💋

      jay hulrs if you’ve found this video, it’s likely because you’re an important, powerful dynamite woman. The energy exchange. You want to balance extremes such as leaning forward too much to what can feel like, to your partner, ignoring him. How to fix this? Be sure to make eye contact with your man, nod and just listen to him at least twice a day so he feels listened to and important. Formulaic at first but then it becomes a healthy habit. 🌹

    I think the idea that men want confident women is a myth. Men want attractive women, and attractive women are confident. A woman who is so pretty that many men chase her will naturally become confident. The confidence is secondary to her already being pretty/beautiful/whatever you want to call it. The men are chasing her because she is beautiful, and she is confident because the men chase her. But no amount of confidence will replace that natural beauty, and it is the natural beauty that the men are seeking.
    In short, look better, and men will begin to chase you and you will start to gain confidence. Focus on your appearance first.

      All of my clients are attractive and what I consider drop dead gorgeous, so this falls flat in my experience, yet you're entitled to have your opinion. When I was single, I saw lots of what I felt were just average girls happily married. My ex married a girl that imho is quite plain. Looks are important but the best sex and looks will not keep a man around if he doesn't connect to your heart.

    • @elinope4745
      @elinope4745 6 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      I agree that beauty alone will not keep a man around. But a threshold of beauty is required to gain initial interest in the first place. With the obesity epidemic going on, most women are not pretty enough to gain the initial attraction.

      What Not To Do At a Stoplight Sure, I will agree with "healthy" women being the attractive ones. But due to the obesity epidemic, 2/3rds of women are unhealthy by fat alone. Other health problems chip away at the remaining 3rd so that only one in five women are healthy enough to be attractive.
      The very first thing a woman who has difficulty getting a man should ask herself is "am I over 30% bodyfat?" Because if they are this means they are by definition unhealthy and this problem alone accounts for more than half the women in the US.

      Absolutely not open and ready. You need clarity on where the relationship is going with this man. I encourage you read '500 Ways to Talk to a Man.' For example you can say: I feel so happy to see you on the weekend, and yeah, I want to get close and make one anther feel good yet during the week I feel so alone, a bit forgotten. What do you think we can do?

    So that means I don’t start a conversation, a question, a suggestion, invitation, I only need to receive? I’m sorry but I’m trying to understand why am I 31 and still single!

    • @AdrienneEverheart
      @AdrienneEverheart  6 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Nourlentine yes it’s not all black and white. This is about your overall energy and focus. It’s likely you’re single for a number of reasons, not just masculine or feminine energy. Let me ask you: imagine a date with a man where you don’t initiate. You receive. You let the man lead and as topics come up and curiosity presents itself you ask, ponder and feel. Instead of driving the conversation. Let him drive it. You be passenger but also present.

    • @Alpha-Andromeda
      @Alpha-Andromeda 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Nourlentine this talk is very stereotypical. What you can take from it is: you start a conversation, for example, because you’re that kind of gal 👍🏻 and you are interested in the guy, then after contact has been established you take your energy back a bit. So he becomes piqued and moves towards you, a bit of a “keep him guessing if you are interested” game. It’s very time consuming and weird if you ask me, but it does work to garner initial interest. After a relationship has been established, who wants to play games? Keep yourself interested in your thing and interesting to him and positive and all shall go well for as long as that relationship is meant to last. Which is not a forever. Really, anymore.
      However, and this is very important, why have you been single and you’re 31? If you want my honest advice, you need to look at your birth chart and your place of residence. Go to the UAC Chicago website (serious astrologers conference) and call them and ask for an astrologer who does Relocation. Get your birth chart analyzed and get recommendations for relocation. You probably don’t know anything about Astrology or you would already be dating so let me give you an example. In your birth chart there are four angles, one of these angles is the angle of relationships. If you were born with a planet that constricts that angle then you would experience lack of abundance in that area. If you don’t believe me, look at your life. Is there any reason you can give me for being 31 and single? Right? So If you still live where you were born, then that energy continues. Or you might have moved but the energy got strengthened in the new location.
      To fix this, a relocation astrologer will explain what is going on and will offer you locations that soften that energy and make the abundance in relationships possible. You may want to move. Or you may just go there to find someone and then decide what you do. Sort of go fishing in good waters for you. :D
      I am sorry to hear that you have had no big love thus far. But there are ways to change that.
      You can also google “Relocation Astrology”. There are two gentlemen that pop up, Scott Wolfram and ... don’t remember his name. They are both serious. One is more expensive than the other. Meaning, one is not at all expensive. And I have consulted with both of them so I can tell you they are legit. I consulted them for relocation for career, I got the same recommendations from each and I am very very happy with the change.
      Lastly, once you find someone, call your relocation astrologer and ask for a recommendation on a Relationship Astrologer and he/she can look at both of your birth charts and tell you whether it’s a link that can last, and what you can do to keep the foundation strong. Astrology is about the mathematical relationships (angles and degrees) between celestial bodies. So if it’s a 90 degree relationship between your sun and their sun (your identity), that will be stressful always. But there will be good things too, 30 degrees and 60 degrees between your planets and that’s what you work with. It’s very interesting and very precise. I suppose it’s the difference between buying a large building with no information except that it’s a building you now “own”. And getting an engineer to look at it, he could say: the foundation is strong but there’s water leaking here. Now you know what to deal with.
      This is the longest post. I just really want you to be able to experience love. Ok so, it may be weird for you to ask people’s birth data when you are just getting to know them. You need to have the birth time. It’s essential. So asking people where they were born and when’s their birthday is easy. We do that all the time. But to know the exact time of birth takes more finesse. What I do, is at a separate moment in time I say: “I just got a post on FB (or a friend just texted me) that says that we are the most productive at the time of day that coincides with the time of day when we were born. Is this possible? Something about circadian rhythms”. And you take it from there. Have him tell you when he feels he’s most productive and then have him check it on his birth certificate. You tell him you’ll do the same. Now you have all that you need to check out what’s possible between you two, to work on the strong, to be aware of the weak parts and be smart about them.
      Good luck Nourlentine!! 🍀❤️

      it's not that extreme. We all love mutual initiation, so i'm sure men will appreciate it if you send a text or suggest something. But be patient and let time do it's own thing. Leaning back means you look at things from a healthier perspective- when you ask "What does he do for me" that's when you see this man objectively (does he text you, does he ask about you, does he suggest anything?). A mistake so many people make is being impatient- wanting things to happen "now!". Well things don't work this way because relationships take time. Sometimes women focus so much on "how to make him my bf" ASAP and it a connection killer.

      Nourlentine don't listen to this nutjob. You need to meet a man halfway be kind, friendly, good manners, humorous, courteous let him know subtly you like him but not like a predator. Do NOT focus on self, do NOT get tattoo body piercing or slap heaps of makeup on be natural, kindly and do good deeds be a woman of virtue NOT an entitled brat full of self importance.

    I have just recently learned about feminine energy, I am seeing a guy long distance. I find it hard to stay in my feminine, and out of my head. i know he likes me. I keep telling myself one day at a time. I don't initiate most texts, only 1 out of 3 or so. I went to visit him and it was great. I did good, allowed him to do for me. Just hard when I am back home. Then he asked if there was anything he could have done better, I started with a compliment. I mentioned one thing I wished had happened. He said he would be more aware next time. Should I ask him the same thing from me? I am still confused on some of the feminine energy rules. I know they are wanting to make us happy, but I care about his happiness too. I am trying hard to learn. There is so much to learn.

We dated casually last fall when he was here for work, but I didn't say how much i liked him, he kept in constant contact. I dated someone else briefly and when it was over in 3 weeks I told him I was single again and I said it is too bad you live so far away. A few weeks later he was asking me to come visit him. He also stated without me asking, he will come to see me in April.

    Is it true that both men and women have feminine energy? I feel like I'm a man with high polarities of male energy and female energy... How do I relax in my feminine energy and not "freak out" that I'm being too feminine that I think I'm pushing a woman away. In a relationship, will the women understand that men will also sometimes fall into their feminine energy? Or will that repulse woman away? I'm coming from a place of BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP, IN A RELATIONSHIP. Of course while courting, male has to show strong masculine energy... But what happens when courting becomes into something more serious? Is it okay to show your vulnerability and your feminine side as a man?

    9:59 Problem is, so many people, and the younger generation especially, too often say "I'm feeling that..." then they follow it with a statement about something they think or experienced, instead of expressing an emotion. So you have to learn to state an actual feeling, not an impression about an experience.

I think men like when we cook for them, serve them food, give them gifts on special occasions, take care of their home stuffs. Not giving, only receiving .. does it really work? I have always seen that men love women who are caring.

Drama isn’t necessarily about feelings, it’s about low emotional IQ. Just my thoughts.
