If we were to have many individuals like him, then we will reach a point where the Govt will need to work with them hence effecting how the Govt functions; simply put, that's how the Govts in the west operates..

Your idea on population in western kenya for sure they are many and huge water bodies that can serve the whole of kenya without any shortage, I don't know if our politicians know this, and if they do greedy grained in them will hold our country back. Am from a beautiful twin island of Trinidad and Tobago Caribbean...I see myself very similar in my situation and up BRINGING...as I have been through soooooo much adversity as a toddler teenager and now a young woman...I also came from a little village in my twin island...and have a dream to what I want to do there...BUTTTTT after so much adversity one after the next...I felt distraughted and hurt...that I feel like giving up.

A truly inspirational guy indeed. However, when I tried googling more about him, not much emerged about him or his company but rather quite a few disturbing negative reports about him emerged on a couple of sites. Can anybody else shed more light on him and his background?
@@eyeofthetiger6002 I notice that the negative reports are all from one person. They include a few lawsuits in which Mr. Mwale was plaintiff or defendant. When a person or company has a lot of activity and wealth there are bound to be lawsuits. The negative reports emerged only because one person has it in for Julius and posts everything negative on Twitter. I guess this is the old crabs in the barrel syndrome alive and well in Africa. I suspect this person can't believe how far this person who was once his equal has advanced. A new city invariably involves multiple players, with individual builders of homes and facilities, so things may take a while. Despite that, this city has come along with its 5000-bed hospital close to completion. There is no denying that. This compares favorably to Akon City, Eco Atlantic and Konza City in Kenya in speed of development.
@@Curiousviewer22 hope you are right as Africa sorely needs a positive role model to emulate and counter the negative stereotypes so prevalent in the world's media. But it's slightly troubling why there aren't more information about him or his company, surely the Kenyan press should have covered this unlikely success story more? Even a search on his company SBA technologies Inc and his claims to develope biometrics yielded zero results.

I joined International Banking around the time the Billionaire was homeless and later ..the Banks in Africa started experimenting with Biometrics not knowing Mr. Mwale was one of the brains behind the Biometrics. And now the Cities in Kenya....Excellent Stuff . May God bless him all the more
