My USA family always taught me as a Kid do not believe the mainstream news about Africa. If I only filmed certain parts of America you would think it’s a third world country. I love America but Africa has always had my heart. I was brought up to research real history not made up Europe and USA bull--t.
Africa 54 plus countries makes it the richest continent in the world. Foreign countries are taken trillions of dollars annually out of Africa in resources land, oil, gold, copper, diamonds, cobalt, wood ..... ...
I’m retired now. I was planning to visit Kenya, Ghana, Ethiopia, Egypt in 2020 then COVID pandemic hit. I have family working and living in Kenya.
I never been to Africa although I travel extensively. 🤷🏽♀️ Africa will be my first travel when the pandemic gets more under control. 🌍💞

Wow, beautiful and very affordable home with no burglar bars. I love the open plan living room, kitchen dining area. Sliding door wardrobes that's my type of thing. Love the sliding doors and beautiful garden. Just a tip though, there is a new discreet modern bin system called "pull out kitchen cabinet bin" instead of placing the bin underneath the surface it just ain't tidy at all, but overall the house is something I would buy. I feel like moving to Kenya now.

Yet again, @mistrudy STAGING is necessary in real estate, to provoke BUYING, A SALE! 😍YES, SOLD...I'm impressed rather shocked to see an open layout. But where is the CENTRAL air conditioning I haven't seen any while In Lagos, either. That's a necessity, not a fire place! TY for the collabo.

U guy are skilled at putting places on the map. Runda is now internationally know which will benefit its real estate market n developers will hike prices. Which the same cld happen in Jo'burg. Houses like that you cld never sell it for 8 million. U guys must back to sa n help us get those American buyers
