Man! It took me more than a month of working on this video to get through the whole thing (with 2lb weights on 60% of the exercises) without a break. It's STILL hard to do! But I'm doing it!
Looks simple but very effective. I used 1.5kg dumbells and my arms are burning. I will do this everyday for one week adding to my other arm workouts. Thank you I love your workouts including the facial exercises for chin lifts etc. Very helpful.

Just finished this workout today, made it a little more intense by using 5 lb dumbells and squatting thru some of the arm sessions. I feel the burn & sweat 😰🔥 💪🏽

Wow! I felt the burn.
Day 1: This upper body workout is tense. it explains why the channel choose to use an image instead of an actual person.
Went strong in the first round but the second around i struggled alot and couldn't give 30 in some of it. But i made it to the end.
Ill go again tomorrow.
