    Hi Dr Kuhn, my right knee usually fine during the day but has started non stop mild pain all night. Any suggestions to help with pain? I have mild OA. Thanks

    • @arthritisadventure
      @arthritisadventure  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Adding more movement variety during the day can be helpful for some night pain. Building strength too. It’s very hard to tell exactly though without more info.

      I would try for 2-3 times as long as you don’t notice any significant pain and/or stiffness afterwards

    I'm just starting the Blueprint Course. At first when doing this exercise, my knees were popping but only for a little while. Is that fine & not damaging my knee joints?

    • @arthritisadventure
      @arthritisadventure  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Noises are usually dangerous if not accompanied by pain. You may notice the noises start decreasing as you continue to work through the course!

    Please, there is too.. too much of an echo in this video.. Otherwise I enjoy every video. The, decibels n echo are unbearable and i just had to shut off. Sorry Elyssa, but i had to shut off

      @arthritisadventure  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      We are constantly working to improve the audio of the videos. Since this is an older video, the echo is still present.
