How do you determine if the iron deficiency is from Kidney disease? Would you recommend taking iron if you had prior bladder, prostate and colon cancer? Whats it mean if you got rx iron 325 mg and iron deficiency got worse?

You have to ask your doctor if you have kidney disease first to deteremine if your iron deficiency is from it.
As far as the cancer question, questions regarding anemia should be directed at your Hematologist/Oncologist.
Oral iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach.
Any specific personal health issues should be asked directly to your doctor.
