    Did her iron levels level out with balancing her nervous system? I have low iron as well and having a hard time tolerating supplements

      Good question. I hope she answered There is a similar question asked in the free Facebook and one of the coaches answered. But the caveat is they both had infusions. We can't really say that it helped on some level. I would love more women chime in on this who loses blood monthly.

      @@kala9907 yes i would like to know! my periods have calmed down with calming my nervous system so im losing less blood, but my iron is sooooo low and i know iron is an important role for vagus nerve and histamine. i guess my plan is to continue to calm nervous system down to get to the point to tolerate iron supplementation

      @@colleencox2930 A same here. Let's support each other journey. I just started new iron supplements that is supposed to be tolerable. What is your info so we can connect and support each other?

      I would say both helped me but without balancing out my nervous system, I’d probably go back to where I started. The iron infusions helped a bit but without working on my dysregulated nervous system I probably would’ve been back to square one. The NS controls everything! That was key. I hope this helps! @@linusnsallyinnc thank you for responding, you are so kind! And yes the nervous system is key! I notice on days my nervous system feels stronger I react less to my iron supplements

      We have Australian time zones! And yes, 100s of times per day in the beginning. But doing it once only takes two seconds so it’s not like you’re sitting there for hours

    1/3 rd of my hair has broken off. Is this a NS cfs/long covid symptom too ?

    • @stephaniegreenwood4007
      @stephaniegreenwood4007 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hair symptoms can definitely be MECFS symptoms. Because our bodies have a hard time pumping blood to our heads, which causes many of our symptoms, and definitely also affects the hair. Hair problems are also caused by the survival mode kicking in. When our body is trying to survive it kind of shuts down less essential bodily functions, and hair production is one of them. So is skin production, digestion(believe it or not), and so is advanced brain/cognitive function (brain fog). So yes any hair symptom can be a symptom of MECFS…but it could be a symptom of many other things too, basically anything that causes the body to go into survival mode long-term. Luckily the techniques this guy teaches don’t just help MECFS recovery they help just help the nervous system, and can help with any condition caused by the nervous system going into survival mode.

      Hair loss or hair thinning can indeed be a symptom associated with CFS or long COVID. Both conditions can cause significant stress on the body, which may result in hair loss. How long have you been experiencing this?

      @@stephaniegreenwood4007do you know why we have a hard time pumping blood to our heads? It makes sense because I lost hair and it never grew back and I always felt like there wasn’t enough blood flow for some reason

    • @cfsrecovery
      @cfsrecovery  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In terms of the cost, it really depends on access to me and I have to see if we can even help you first. I always recommend going through the questionnaire and if you qualify, booking a strategy call to see if you're a good fit for the program! www.cfsrecovery.co/apply
