      I was there in '76 at the Omni in Atlanta! It was my first concert; I had just turned 13. LOVED IT and have always loved McCartney's music but seeing him live is the ultimate rush for the heart and soul.

      @@metoo9360 Yup! I was there in 76 at the Kingdome in Seattle. 13 years old in the rafter. Absolutely kicked ass. Still one of my favourite concerts though he was miles away. I can remember the video screens above the stage. You'd see him singing, and the sound wouldn't reach you at the same time. I was directly across from the stage, but WAYYYY up and super far away. The delay was weird, but man whatta killer tour that was.

    1972 = The first Wings tour. Began in February. Paul had been wanting to do this with the Beatles for years, but had to settle for the rooftop concert in January of 1969. His last real show with the Beatles, Candlestick Park in San Francisco, took place on August 29, 1966

      His second album Ram is also forgot least of all by Paul! Its his best album ever tho not a Wings creation & worthy of having a Beatles moniker on it as it sounds so Pepperish. If uve not got it then get it!

      @paulbadoo9326 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yep. Totally underrated album, even by Paul himself over the years. If you take out the couple of tracks that are more experimental (Mumbo, Bip Bop), and put in some of the singles and B sides around that time, or even unreleased tracks (1882, Momma's little girl) it would be fantastic.

Well the McCartney guy you've not heard before means you've got soooo many McCartney virgin songs to hear. Try also the George Harrison fella albs & a band called the Beatles in the 1960s, Beach Boys, Who, Stones it'll blow your mind.

    Paul's voice on this song is great, is there any doubt why the Beatles were the Beatles? John, Paul and George together in the same group ..... OMG !! Of course I do not forget Ringo, it was also an important part of the story, but they will understand why I put them in that order. .

    • @seltaeb3302
      @seltaeb3302 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Ringo is VERY important. Without him, & with Pete Best who then wasn't part of the other 3 in their heads, & the Beatles wouldn't have lasted by mid 60s. Ringo was the glue & they bounced off him & a great drummer by mid 60s. Tough on Pete who was as capable as Ringo was but in hindsight Epstein done the right thing but it's a black stain on the other 3 & Paul has never come clean but all bands have a murkiness in their formation. Don't knock Pete Best, it was hard living thru the 1960s for him, but he can walk down the High Street & shop in Asda here there & everywhere.. there's a song there!

    • @Firefoxy-rz1nw
