      @@dr.pratibhasinghphysiotherapis I have Weak muscles and Weak bone... Weak Spine \ Backbone.. 🙏🙏 spinal cord \. The waist bends After Some time ....there is difficulty in keeping the spine \Backbone straight...🙏🙏 Any Excercise Excercise or yoga Suggestions 🙏🙏
