I honestly didn’t know you could reroll for limited characters. That’s awesome and with those wish tickets you mentioned and being able to pretty much eliminate FOMO with the series. Personally love that if I’m understanding it correctly. Very F2P friendly so far. :)

I don't have Sophie, and I couldn't be arsed to reroll for her with Valeria the fes version in sight. Waifu > meta. From what I notice, Sophie's main quality is that she simplifies a lot of thinking, since she just gives All-Resistance debuff -> you don't need to think about all the other debuff. She allows you to mix teams way easier -> not have to do mono things. She can also slot in in mono teams, since you want a tank if possible, anyway. Sophie's weakness... well, she doesn't help breakers, necessarily. Doesn't matter, tho.
Nice and detailed video as always, i have a question tho what do you think about awakens? I pulled 2 copies of Sophie and i dont know if i should awaken her straight away or theres a better use out of the extra copy. Thanks
Awaken, as in the character? There's no use for the pieces other than to awaken, so go ahead. If you mean the memoria, defensive stat memoria aren't that rare so it's better to unlock than keep separate copies.
@@ryanreece7280 hello, it's just to get a team you can focus on, getting copies of units it's really beneficial. The idea is to get shopia and an SS dps, amongst your favorite units. Check out rerolling tutorial and who to reroll for in TH-cam.
I've been really hitting a wall. Can't get passed Tower 7, and I can't clear the stage you need to clear to unlock the elixir and bead recipe you mentioned. Hoping having some more characters at my disposal would help, but it's been feeling pretty bad.
Tower 7 is a gimmick stage where you just take a bunch of breakers and win, so normal team comps aren't very good there. However, it is cheesable! Either outspeed it (with Esty, dunno if other chars can go fast enough - maybe with 12% speed memoria) or take Firis in solo and perma-knockback on it As far as the dungeon goes... Yeah, it's rough. Best thing to do is just get more XP on your characters, which the event tonight will help with. Good luck!

I am curious why you pronounce Plachta as Pravda. Is that in any way canon, or just your interpretation? I always thought it came from Czech or Slovak plachta, which means sheet (textile) or sail (on a ship). This also makes sense to me from the katakana プラフタ, "ra" is the closest mora to "la" and "fu" is the closest to "ch" (although I have seen "ku" used before as well). If it was meant to be pravda, they would probbably used プラブダ instead, right?

Every element has its own resistance, this is true for Magical (Fire/Ice/Bolt/Air) and Physical (Strike/Stab/Slash) elements. Her debuff applies to all of them. (so yes)

The one thing I really lament is not having saved all my sta(the drops and biscuits) for the event that came with the banner :( It was the same event in jp too?
The event is pretty mediocre, it's fine if you don't full clear it - the rewards aren't very good! Yeah, it was the same. All events use a similar structure with the tickets

paid gems don't disappear, but you can only use them on the platform you purchased them on. you can play on steam+ios+android all with the same account though

A piece of advice for you, if you want to get your dream character, you need to be a total whale bcs the game not too kind to give us the best character in the game. For me, it's best not spending any gems rn bcs many other characters coming out rn. If you really want the character, you can spend the 1500k ticket at the bundles for 10 pulls. Trust me you don't want to regret playing the gacha games. Just play with your characters and slowly you will enjoy the game.
I personally have no faith. I pulled more then 100 times already and the only 3star I got was Oscar. My second acc doesn't even have Oscar. Just cards.
@@Bos_Meong that's what I'm talking about. 4% SSR rate is standard. It's the % for the pick up characters that matters. I stay away from FGO because of that. This one's more expensive and has slightly lower gems income compared to some other games. I'll see if it's worth it with the events and extra rewards, cuz I like this art style.
I've a question, can someone help explain it. When synthesis and gaining trait, There's "boost physical/magic skill damage" and "Boost (fire/ice/etc) skill damage". These two traits boost skill's dmg dealt correct? But what about trait "boost skill power"? Does it increase damage dealt too or?

Remember guys, global is just a milking server, JP had normal 50/50 and 1% for each feature. Global has kinda 30/70, 0,5 for each feature, so kinda rate up is worse than off banner chances. Disgusting
The version we got on global is the same rates as every new banner on JP, it sucks that this specific banner was worse than the version JP got initially but their version was mostly a correction/apology to some major launch issues (that global didn't have)
Paused at 2:52... I'm not so sure about that long run thing. The hard fact is that this game has a TERRIBLE gacha system. First, when you do your pull, you need to hit 3*. Now, when you hit, you still have to compete against the entire pool of current 3*s which currently means 1/3 chance of chase (banner) unit. THEN you have to dodge the filthy 1/3 chance of snagging the stupid memoria (in other words, you have a 2/3 chance to snag either banner character). To cap it all off, what if you only want ONE of the two banner units? That means you only have 1/3 chance of getting it. Suddenly, that 'half-price ten-pull' is looking like a MASSIVE trap. You absolutely must build your spark pity in this game.
If you only buy tickets on banners with good units, by the time you would have built up your medals you will have instead gotten 1.5 high quality limiteds on average and 3 SSR memoria on average, plus a ton of other characters and stuff. This being a game where you need a large roster to do all the content, you end up with more viable characters than if you saved purely for sparks. Obviously there will be large variance, some people will get many more, some people will get less, but on average, the tickets are more value. That said, it's a personal decision on whether or not you care about value or consistency. If you don't like gambling, don't gamble!
@@atelierangela I don’t think you understood my comment. I am saying that those 20 non-coin-granting pulls at 1/2 price are an utter waste of your time-sunk free gems (time is money, friend!) Nobody is pulling on the banners for off-banner characters and nobody gives a hoot about ‘weapons’. People are chasing after that banner character - ESPECIALLY Sophie at the time of this comment due to her being S tier. I am saying that those tickets are a trap and one needs to be building the pity, full stop. If you don’t understand how to manage the odds when you are gambling, then you are going to find yourself in a financial world of hurt more so than gambling already does.
@@asoret Nah, I understood. Fact is that you’re hurting your long run by wasting gems, free or not, on those 1/2 off 20 pulls. Reroll is irrelevant. You NEED to be steadily building pity coins in this game. You’re NOT gonna consistently lucksack chase characters with the terribad banner system this game implements. I actually would’ve let the argument slide, except we had the tag out last sentence that every flipping YT gacha creator drops.
Not gonna lie, Plachta is not as bad as people hoped her to be. Sure, she only breaks, but she is good at it since she can also provide a Break Damage boost. EDIT: Using Plachta alongside Marie and Shallie, which where she truly shines imo, a break-centric team. After all, the earlier you can break your foes, the more DPS you may potentially inflict. Pretty useful in Dungeons.
@@atelierangela 😭 should have guessed. Oh well. Plachta may as well be my consolation prize. Hope we do get some better gears for breakers in the future, though. 🤩
They are different elements, so neither one is "better" than the other imo. At least not at this early stage of the game. You can even put both on the same team tbh, or if you really want to, you can keep one at lv40 and reset to switch between the two if necessary.

I say it more like Prafta, which is fairly similar to the JP pronunciation (but not quite the same)

Are the Celebration bundle sets worth it? f2p here but already completed ch3 and have all of the orb quests at master diff skippable.
the 200 gem ones are worth it for the XP alone, if you're willing to spend gems on XP

@@Bos_Meong that's what I'm talking about. 4% SSR rate is standard. It's the % for the pick up characters that matters. I stay away from FGO because of that. This one's more expensive and has slightly lower gems income compared to some other games.

I've a question, can someone help explain it. When synthesis and gaining trait, There's "boost physical/magic skill damage" and "Boost (fire/ice/etc) skill damage". These two traits boost skill's dmg dealt correct?
But what about trait "boost skill power"? Does it increase damage dealt too or?

Remember guys, global is just a milking server, JP had normal 50/50 and 1% for each feature. Global has kinda 30/70, 0,5 for each feature, so kinda rate up is worse than off banner chances. Disgusting
The version we got on global is the same rates as every new banner on JP, it sucks that this specific banner was worse than the version JP got initially but their version was mostly a correction/apology to some major launch issues (that global didn't have)

Paused at 2:52... I'm not so sure about that long run thing. The hard fact is that this game has a TERRIBLE gacha system. First, when you do your pull, you need to hit 3*. Now, when you hit, you still have to compete against the entire pool of current 3*s which currently means 1/3 chance of chase (banner) unit. THEN you have to dodge the filthy 1/3 chance of snagging the stupid memoria (in other words, you have a 2/3 chance to snag either banner character). To cap it all off, what if you only want ONE of the two banner units? That means you only have 1/3 chance of getting it.
Suddenly, that 'half-price ten-pull' is looking like a MASSIVE trap.
You absolutely must build your spark pity in this game.
If you only buy tickets on banners with good units, by the time you would have built up your medals you will have instead gotten 1.5 high quality limiteds on average and 3 SSR memoria on average, plus a ton of other characters and stuff. This being a game where you need a large roster to do all the content, you end up with more viable characters than if you saved purely for sparks. Obviously there will be large variance, some people will get many more, some people will get less, but on average, the tickets are more value.
That said, it's a personal decision on whether or not you care about value or consistency. If you don't like gambling, don't gamble!
@@atelierangela I don’t think you understood my comment. I am saying that those 20 non-coin-granting pulls at 1/2 price are an utter waste of your time-sunk free gems (time is money, friend!) Nobody is pulling on the banners for off-banner characters and nobody gives a hoot about ‘weapons’. People are chasing after that banner character - ESPECIALLY Sophie at the time of this comment due to her being S tier. I am saying that those tickets are a trap and one needs to be building the pity, full stop. If you don’t understand how to manage the odds when you are gambling, then you are going to find yourself in a financial world of hurt more so than gambling already does.

You NEED to be steadily building pity coins in this game. You’re NOT gonna consistently lucksack chase characters with the terribad banner system this game implements.

Not gonna lie, Plachta is not as bad as people hoped her to be. Sure, she only breaks, but she is good at it since she can also provide a Break Damage boost.
EDIT: Using Plachta alongside Marie and Shallie, which where she truly shines imo, a break-centric team. After all, the earlier you can break your foes, the more DPS you may potentially inflict. Pretty useful in Dungeons.
She's not bad, but she's not particularly special either. For real end game teams you can't afford to run that many breakers

They are different elements, so neither one is "better" than the other imo. At least not at this early stage of the game. You can even put both on the same team tbh, or if you really want to, you can keep one at lv40 and reset to switch between the two if necessary.
