wie geht es? Did you try your new mac with premiere and after effects yet, faced the issues like this video mentioned? Cuz I am wondering if Adobe had come up recent updates for compatibility with mac hardware
@@retro-hype-production I recently got my MacBook. I will try with an older project which are already done and try to simulate this issues. I will update here again
The one thing missing from your specs is what the configuration of the M1 Max is. I mean I have seen people complain about a 8GB 256GB that anyone with any sense would realize that it wasn't designed for.
Thank you for the comment🤣About the german part, somehow it works extremely well on my Chinese social media channels. But still haven't figured it out on TH-cam yet. Still searching for my style.
yes, def good point, the only problem is all our previous archived projects, to which we often go back to and adjust for longtime clients, it's all in Adobe Premiere, so therefore we're kinda trapped in it unfortunately.
Yes, it does suck, but Mac has one crucial advantage in contrast to PC. Most of the PCs don't deliver full performance when not plugged in to an outlet. And our team often does mobile edits, and are locked to Adobe eco system, because of our archiving system and workflow templates. Therefore the current situation.
@@marcelbrandel9078 hey, same problem I have here. I'm a video editor from Ukraine and our energy system is being bombed by Russia all the time, so we have many blackouts but I still need to work somehow. So due to that using a PC is not always an option for me. So I'm considering buying smth that can perform well enough to work with Adobe Premiere and After Effects. But at the same time, its battery should last as long as possible in order to solve my problems with electricity. And M1 looks like a good fit and there are a lot of good reviews about it. At the same time, there are videos like this one that describes errors that occur exactly while working with Adobe Premiere. Could you tell me please more about your experience with that so far? Has it become any better? Could you recommend it or maybe you have found an alternative to recommend? Thanks!
@@yevhenhoncharenko7862 Hi Yevhen, generally speaking, the M1 Max works great. And especially the battery runtime is good. In our case, we unfortunately still haven't fully solved the issues mentioned in the video till now, it might have something to do with Chinese fonts or hard drives (both we do need for our type of projects though). My recommendation is you can still go for M1, M1 Pro, M1 Max, or M2 but primarily don't install too many complicated fonts and only use SSD for now.
Greetings from Germany.. Still facing this issue? I never heard before and yesterday I bought m1 max full equiped :/

the M1 Max is at 32GB RAM and rest specs are maxed out
With DaVinci resolve seems that there not that kind of issues... As far as I use it until now
This never happened for me
I'm curious that your hard drive is your bottleneck? It looks like you are using a spinning drive.
thanks for the note, but we tested it with lacie thunderbolt 4 ssd, same problem
this what happened when software cant catchup with hardware updates. lol

The answer you seek is Davinci Resolve! Use AP for your legacy projects as and when you need to.
There is more problems with this MacBooks :)
Why would you use anything adobe on a Mac ? I mean Lightroom or photoshop to the max. Buy a PC
