    Omg what an inspiration Linda is! And yet, here I am (who still has usage of my four limbs) who sometimes cmplains about my life. Thank you Caroline for doing this. This was definitely an eye-opener on how we should be blessed and grateful for the things we take advantage of 💕💕

    This is the most inspiring video I’ve seen in a long time. I’m a nurse, I’m 27, and I have a back injury that I don’t know I’ll ever recover from. I’m also 7 months most partum and I was at a loss about how to lose weight. How to feel like myself again. I feel GOOD doing these workouts. And I feel proud for doing them. It’s changed my mindset from what I can’t do, and focused on what I can do. These have helped my overall well being, confidence, and it’s given me hope for the future. THANK YOU.

    Caroline, so glad you are doing this! I was a huge workout person, hiked 3X week, and did bikram yoga 3X week. But I got into a bad car accident and was in a wheelchair for 2 years, then a Exosym brace. You’ve been helping me in sooo many ways to do “what I can do” now. Your super encouraging 😘 💪🏼

    Linda is such an inspiration! I came across your channel when I tore my ACL. I had reconstruction surgery about three weeks ago and have found hope, energy, motivation and positivity through your videos. Thank you for what you do and sharing it on this platform for everyone to use!

    As always, thanks to you Caroline for being so encouraging. I love that you have so many workout options - and short ones! I feel like I can do something. I found you when I tore all the ligaments in my ankle nearly three years ago and you helped keep me positive. It still hasn't completely healed and lately has been quite sore - and then I had carpal tunnel surgery! So I've turned to your chair workouts for the first time - Fantastic! Thank you so much.

    Your workouts have been so great for me while recovering from knee surgery and having stage 3 arthritis in my other knee. Finally, a truly low impact workout that actually works me!

    OH Wow! What a workout! It was hard! But I'm so glad I saw this. I'm trying to get my walking back after an adverse reaction to the Pfizer vaccine. This is the first cardio workout I've done in over a year.

    I still have both arms and legs, but I have a physical disability. I find the workout you and Linda do is more my level, with just enough challenge.

    I would love to see more workouts with Linda..I was born without lower limbs and I am a stay at home homeschool mom of 4 kids...I have always been in great shape however as I have gotten older..it is harder to stay fit ...I am a size 12..
    I would love to be able to stay fit and keep up with my kiddos ..I am 59 yrs old and I have a 30yr, 25,yr old, 14, and 8 yr old

    This is a tough workout but I truly appreciate finding another video I can use for cardio as an amputee. I don’t know how you talk through it either 😂
