    I know this video is old but I'm SO GLAD that I found it. For the first time in my life, I've finally found a passion for working out and fitness but I recently sustained a pretty bad knee injury. I was so afraid of falling into a depressive slump and undoing all of the good work I've done over the past few months. This video has saved me. It's keeping me active but also doing WONDERS for my mental health. Thank you so much for making it and for thinking of those of us who have limited mobility.

    I have tears in my eyes looking at this. I have an injured knee and can't move for 1 month. Who says technology doesn't help. I am sitting in a far flung area and can do this safely. Thank you thank you thank you for keeping in mind those who can't do normal workouts ❤❤❤❤

    Thanks for the great video. Few days back, I had injured my knee and I was unable to do any workouts. This video gave me the confidence to continue exercise even if we r unable to run or walk. Thank you so much once again.

    Achilles tendon injury is keeping me pretty immobile so I was thankful to have found your seated workout, thank you!

    Know this is a super old video, but have a two month competition in three days, and am at the point I can't put any weight on my left foot now. Despite being told I'd fractured my sesmoid, still ran on it regardless, always was one to push the limits. But learned my lesson on this one, and this video, as well as man is performing daily tasks on crutches, even just boiling eggs and cleaning the kitchen in pain, waaaaaay harder then running a 5k in my books lol, all jokes aside, really respect you putting this out. Not giving up, and thank you!

    thank you i fractured my ankle 3 months ago and was told that i did not need an operation, i am overweight and getting back on my feet would be painful bec of the weight. Thank you for this workout, i needed this.

    Thank you! I have fibro and hypermobility so most fitness videos are too full on for me, even yoga hurts my joints. I am trying to push myself with walking but need videos like this to do more so this is great :)

    Hi,
    Sorry If I’m disturbing but I injured my harmstring aswell and I’m doing rehabilitation exercises do you know gym machines exercises, no equipment exercises and upper body exercises I can do to lose weight while injured? Additionally what diet( food to eat ) to do while injured?
    Your help would’ve really helpful,

    This is so helpful Thankyou so much 😢 I have a tumour below my knee and whenever I stand it puts too much pressure on it which hurts so much, so I can’t run,jump,swim, walk etc. I’ve been gaining A LOT of weight the past 4 years due to being unable to exercise

    Thank u so much for this video please do more ... after having my last baby I have an si joint injury and not allowed to do any exercise or put any pressure on the lower body and I used to exercise five to six days a week and been finding it hard

      Hi, they are 3kg weights. You can use whatever weight you wish as long as you maintain posture and technique :)

    I need more workout on chairs ,I got foot injury,drives me nuts can’t jumping around ,too much energy then I worry eating too much too , thanks .
