sitsia I've done over 14 Lego sets an the biggest set they do only took 5 days and I was 11 at the time

Thanks for making us laugh fellas! It has already been suggested all Lego parts be glued together, one more thing i'd like to see is a different perhaps (?) set of blades, or angled initial ones, just to see if you can generate some sorta lift..

the fisrt fail was definitely on them, plastic on plastic snap-fit bearings at 5,000+ rpm with no lubrication I'm surprised they didn't melt quicker

Either Benjamin has had plastic surgery or this was before he went for a ride on the turbine car lol, I reckon If you glued it together as you built it and twisted the blades a bit that thing would hover, another very entertaining video buddy especially when pat was more concerned about covering his nuts than his face.

You need a 3d printer for printing extra parts and brackets to hold that motor still. The zip ties and hot snot gotta go, always like the vids tho!

what whould be interesting is calculate the blade rpm because most helos blades spin under 3000 rpm🤔
You guys should’ve fit some actual propellers and see if you can get it to lift off the ground
Next time you could glue washers to the ends of axles so they don't fly off and glue things like the rotor blades

you can build a custom boguie and put the motor inside the coach if youre refering to a lego trainset, for a model train set I gest you need a cnc/3d printer, a inner runing brushless and a lot of pacience/eengineering.

As a person that built the primary model of this kit with the counter rotating blades I can honestly say this: This is a clear example of people having more money than brains.

I did the same thing when i was a young stupid kid, i attached to the helicopter my tt01's motor and the rear blades flew off and went straight in to the pc's monitor. It wasn't as funny as i thought

Make a lego car have a servo and make it electrical so you can drive it around and if you break it it breaks in after rebuild it
