Kev help I need a rc as I have broken my back in a car crash so don't work and stuck in the house I want to get back in to rc off road trucks but I want one that has bit of power so it could drag me in my wheelchair

Hey Kevin, I recently bought 2 Arrma gorgons for my daughter and myself. Im keen to put a 3s set up in one, would love to see you get your hands on one and give it the Talbot makeover lol, im sure the chassis could take 4s, not so sure on the gearing though and being rwd will be hilarious. Her one has seen a metal fence at about 40kph and held up great xD

Once again, as sweet as that dart is, it is NOT a "muscle" car, not with the 225 slant six with 67 hp lol.....
10:43 if you're serious, there's lots around. They were available with 225 slant 6, 318, 340, and 440 (suicide machine). If I were you and you wanted a manageable one, the 318 or 340 is more than enough. You can punch out the 340 to get over 300 hp and that's enough to make your balls retract (driven one). I wouldn't even touch a 440 unless you've got trained in drag racing.

My crawler group was very impressed with my stock hauler. It did very well in the real world. Only downfall was the length in some situations.

When your climbing and it starts slowing down at the top that's when u use the rear steering back and forth and it'll help u climb steep hills/rocks.
I would love to see you do a drag and drive in the states. Huge event. Guarantees loads of views

I have a trx8 exactly like you say, with 8 wheel steer. There's only a very short clip of it on my channel but you can see it there briefly until I get it finished properly and do more video. It's extremely capable and I'm about to build a second even more extreme one....
You'll see other videos of it before I added the 4th axle when it had 6 wheel steering, going up rivers and so on.
FINALLY...a real trail test....all crawler tracks should be like this
Those old slant 6 engines in those Dodges are great, super smooth and reliable.
19:20 that hill reminds me of the hill of death. We all had trail motorcycles and motocross bikes and there was one hill that we all tried to make it up and it killed SO many bikes. A buddy had a 250 street bike that actually made it to the top but at the very top it flipped and did an endo all the way to the bottom destroying the front and rear ends. I had a POS honda MT125 that sucked on the road and sucked on the trails. It wasn't fast enough for the road and not powerful enough for the trails. I had fun with it, it was fine for dirt back roads but that's about it.
We all gave up on the hill, too many bikes broken. Mine only made it up about 1/3 before it died, just not enough HP. I was able to back down safely.
I love the way finley was been careful at the beginning then like nah who cares about cutting it and began destroying it 😂😂 coin flipped!
Not sure why I was pissing myself laughing everytime a car started barrel rolling down the hill... hahahaha

The slant 6 cars really aren’t very high dollar cars if he put a 340 V8 in it it wouldn’t hurt the value at all

I would take a look at the exceed mad torque 8x8 crawler ist a 38“ 8x8 crawler that is easily ubgraded to steering all axels and it has way larger tires so it’s way better than the traxxas at climbing hills
All the tumble wumbles should be in slow motion.
How about putting a spotter on the hill that vould catch the cars from rolling all the way down?

Talk about making life difficult for your self! All I did on my hauler was change rear axle to a intermediate axle and add a axle to the rear . No need to remove the bed .
No cutting or modification needed .
Took around 45 minutes 👌
did you not watch the start of the video of why we didn't want to do it that way? I explained it with a diagram
@KevinTalbotTV yes I did see that , but for people who don't want to spend an entire day the way I've and many others have done is the better way .also you do not need a China axle . I fitted the defender rear axle case on mine .

@richysrc2158 the biggest problem on the hauler is its break over angle and getting high centered. They solved that.

i love tamiya and kyosho... when i was a kid, all i could find in the local hobby shop was tamiya... i hated it. felt like it was grade school and i graduated to real racers and couldn't get away from them without traviling... now it's hard to find tamiya and kyosho around here. all traxxas, arrma, a bit of losi and associated... i wanna build my buggies and everything is rtr!

I’d love to see how the Summit compares to these crawlers. In low gear it feels like it’s cheating.
Honestly we don't even deserve the summit, it's so incredible because it just goes over everything and at the end of the day you can still bash it around a little bit
It definitely has its limitations being a bit top heavy, BUT, my summit might be my MOST favorite of all. It’s the most versatile rig everywhere. They crawl fantastic, they simply drive over stuff others can’t even attempt, and as stated will handle a decent bit of bashing with ease!
It goes out EVERY TIME, and ALWAYS makes me smile!!!

yeah he made it in 1 go, it just took ages, so I have to put cuts in or the video will be 2 hours of boring. I tried that in the past and the videos always fail. Main focus on this channel is entertainment everything else is second

Hiya, I have been enjoying your channel over the last couple of weeks.
I have been thinking of getting a car. But for me it has to be in a kit.
I’ve built a several Tamyia cars. I found making them was as much fun as driving them. So I’m looking for an electric car, 1/10 or 1/8, I like the Traxxas xmaxx look. But I cant find any cars like that in kit form. Maybe you could do an episode on the best kit Bashers available.

What software do you use to edit your videos
what about the 2nd axle being able to slid forwards.. like if the tires have no contact or is about to high center 🤔 id like to see all the axles able to turn and even be able to slide forward and back a foot if the need arises 🤨
