Hello sir, I saw ur video. it was good. Sir I was suffering from knee pains. My right leg had injury while playing cricket in yr 2011 and from that day on wards, I'm using left leg for all propose. Even I meat so mean Dr. They are not guiding me properly. I have difficult in going restroom. Since mean yrs I suffering. Give me some guide lines and medicine and any jal for pain.
If any surgery needed I'm ready for it.

Thank you Doctor for ur valuable information. I am suffering from the knee and joint pain and go only for ayurvedic treatment since i don't have right side kidney by birth. I don't take any medicines as it will affect my kidney. Sometimes i go for physiotherapy also. But still i am suffering from pain. Sitting and getting up is my big problem. Is there length of legs changes after both knee transplant if cutting of knee bone size is different by surgeon and then causing pain due to this?
