Then I got a job offer after my third interview. I’m so happy. What about renegotiating salary? Does the same video applies? Thanks to your videos I got a job and buy I didn't see the video of the salary and I didn't negotiated my salary when I started 6 months ago. Three months ago, the manager resigned and I am doing her duties and my duties. Now I know they got me for the lowest salary of the company, I have a lot of responsibilities and a lot of stress for free. I mentioned that I would like a salary adjustment according to responsibilities but seems that I am not good at getting the message across to them as they keep ignoring my requests. I am providing training for new people who's income is higher than mine. My plan is to resign soon, but people at work tells me to stand up and point that I am a valuable employee, which executives seem to happily ignore. Do you have any videos for salary adjustments after probation periods?

Hi Richard, I applied for in a call center (retention area) but I didb't pass :C, I tried to use all of your hacks but nothing happen... Can you make videos such as call center agent in a "roll place". I mean you are the call center agent and someone else is the customer and you trie to give a good customer service (in retention area if you can : ,)
