Who's ready for some pizza?! ;) I've been eating this pizza for the last couple of weeks (I'm sure you saw it on Instagram - ha!) and I'm now ready to whip up another batch. Give me all your topping ideas below...I can't wait to hear what combinations you'd make. xo - Lisa
Pizza tonno is one of my favorite flavors. Marinara, tuna, onions (optional) and mozzarella. I also like to add some capers, olives or chili flakes sometimes and usually finish with a little bit of lemon juice after it’s baked.
@@HAL-dm1eh u dont need to put oil just put it on a non stick pan low heat so it will be a little bit crispy if u want to use oil coconut oil is healthy u can use it
Lisa, this looks delish! I love how you always give options (types of cauliflower, tools, graters, sizes, etc.) You make everything look so simple. Can’t wait to try this!

Great recipe, thank you! Another way to eliminate the moisture from the cauliflower is to thinly spread the riced cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake it at 400 degrees F convection (425 degrees F regular bake) for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, then mix it with a fork and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. This will eliminate the need to microwave and squeeze the water out of the riced cauliflower and will give the pizza crust a roasted cauliflower flavor. I topped it with prosciutto, asiago cheese and arugula.
I LOVE ❤ pizza, but can't tolerate gluten. This Cauliflower crust is AMAZING! Have already made 4 different pizzas 🍕 last weekend with this crust and they are all gone today 😋
I just made 4 (small) crusts to have on hand for a quick dinner. Bought the riced cauliflower from Trader Joe’s. Used parm and pecorino Romano. Also fine chopped some fresh rosemary I had on hand. It was delicious!
Amazing! I love making these into smaller pizzas too that way I can eat them quickly during the weekday and it's perfect portion :) But, I'm so glad you enjoyed this recipe overall!
I like that you make an effort to accommodate for the haves and have nots of kitchen equipment even going so far as to demo that other ways work fine, very considerate of you, karma points awarded.

I’m going back and re-visiting all your videos and this recipe is one of my favorites. Although I love “regular “ pizza, this version is guilt-free and delicious. I love using the goat cheese and I add red pepper flakes to the crust.💕
This was best n healthiest pizza I ever have.. the crust won't be that crisp and easy to pick in hand but that's not a big deal.. used knife n fork .. no compromise in taste whatsoever .. thanks for all the little tips u through here n there.. helps a lot 🙂
We just made this and the pizza was really delicious. The cauliflower process went much smoother than we thought it would. As you mentioned, really important to get the moisture out for your crust to be as dry as possible. Great day in our kitchen. Thank you.
I found your channel this week and already have binge watched most of your videos. They are always to the point and very helpful, and your video production is high quality as well. You have me inspired to make all your recipes and be more organized overall 😂
Great receipe! I made both the pizzas and absolutely loved them both! Unfortunetely I did not have parchment paper and I made the unfortunte decision to use foil instead without any greese. As expected the bottom did stick to the foil so I was not able to make pretty pizza slices but instead had to scrape the pizza off the foil, not ideal but it still tasted delicious :) Thank you for this great receipe and video!

this looks good - thanks for also having info on how to freeze the crust for meal prep on the blog - as i was watching the video i was thinking the only way i'd be able to do this is if i made it ahead of time so that's perfect!!
If nothing else, I’m glad you showed the food processor… That was given to me from someone whose mom had died approximately 20 years before and it had just been sitting in a box! I’ve had it around three years and certainly have not explored that much. I have definitely only used one blade. When I saw that you were able to push the cauliflower down, I think I said, “Oh, that’s what that’s for?” 😝🤣 I made a very close version of your pizza from Chef Bucks channel. I’m glad of his version, he cooks the cauliflower in a skillet to eliminate the water. I have carpal tunnel in both wrists and tendinitis in both thumbs, it will be entirely too tough for me to squeeze out water like that!!! 😬 As for the next time, I won’t be using a cheese grater that’s for sure, I will use my food processor. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🧡
After watching your video I think I will give Cauliflower pizza crust a second go. We did try it and we did not like it the first time but yours looks so delicious that I just have to. Again amazing video with great recipes that anybody can follow.

Fantastic video! The only problem with cauliflower is this: you cut it in Las Vegas and have to fly to Dallas to pick up the pieces. Trader Joe's carries RICED cauliflower in the frozen food section.
I made this last night and it was so good. This is my 2nd week with no bread or pasta (which I love) but this pizza was actually satisfying. The rest of my family was eating homemade pizza dough but the cauliflower pizza was so good that I didn’t even feel jealous. I highly recommend this recipe!
Just a little tip from a Neapolitan. Marinara sauce doesn't go with Margherita. Marinara pizza is made with tomato sauce, garlic (olive) oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Margherita sauce is a classical italian sugo: tomato sauce, garlic -or onion-, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Marinara pizza doesn't have cheese on top, margherita does.
I've been using my burr juicer instead of the food processor. I still have to strain some with a cheese cloth but a lot easier. Plus I use the juice to make complimentary beverages for the pizza.
I made it but I combined two three videos in one so basically, after grating/processing the cauli I wrung it in a cheese cloth and then later I sautéed it on a low heat pan until all water evaporated, it worked like a charm for my pizza. Not cooking it not roasting it, continously stirring till all trace of moisture us gone.
A great Video again.🥰 I eat ketogenic and sometimes paleo. I'm so proud, that you show alternatives how you create all the delicious healthy recipes. With machine, handmade or with grater. And I like how you designed your Videos and your kitchen. Wicked!😍....sorry for my English.🤭😅

Pineapple and jalapeño peppers!
@@Dikshya_kandel flax eggs, although I'm not sure it will hold this together.
Lisa, how about a Chicago style deep dish approach? Of course with sausage, cheese on the bottom and marinara sauce on top. Is that possible?
Pizza tonno is one of my favorite flavors. Marinara, tuna, onions (optional) and mozzarella. I also like to add some capers, olives or chili flakes sometimes and usually finish with a little bit of lemon juice after it’s baked.
After baking pizza, place pizza in frying pan to crisp the bottom of crust.
