find a gym partner and get some preworkout! that's how i started my gym routine. i go 4 mornings a week now. having a partner is a huge motivator. preworkout just helps you get your max burn on.

U might struggle to resist the temptation while everybody is eating but that's when u need to show your determination lol well i dont even go low carb or anything, just basically replace rice and bread with whole grain, cut down on salt and sugar that is.
isa no body needs anything, you don’t actually need a house you choose to have one. You can easily survive by living on the streets. Will it be nice? No. But you.l still live. Just like not having dessert!

While taking a run , add in little exercises (e.g. step ups on a park bench) 22. I LOVE this! I feel like often times dieting is NOT sustainable because it's too restricted. People need to realize that in order to lose weight, they have to adopt an overall healthier lifestyle!

No money can buy health or happiness. Working out, maintaining a social life, and managing stress has been my main driver for good health. I also watch my diet very closely, I have adding vitamins, whole foods, and lately also Probase Nutrition Collagen Peptides, which have made a huge difference.
Another tip ; I have an iPhone 6s which has Night Mode on it, which turns the screen to a warmer colour to help you sleep. Just in case you need to use your phone to be able to sleep, like me.
Foam rolling does not release muscles nor anything else, the effect comes from a temporary change in the nervous system (neuromodulation) and just like stretching, it probably doesn't prevent DOMS, but what does is a good active warm up.
I do the last tip, which is keeping the alarm clocks away. actually I have several alarm clocks which go off at 7 am then run all over the house so it's impossible to snooze, the only way to do so is to walk all the way to the food bowls and fill them up... Yes, you guessed it, my cats. 🙃 btw, I've discovered your channel a couple of days ago & being someone who loves anything colorful I found myself drifting towards monochrome things, you are very influential & beautiful. Thanks for inspiring.
I always drink plenty of water. While I've never been a coffee drinker, I have been getting into green tea lately. It has a lot of benefits but I'd like to cut back and opt for hot water instead. I also try my best to stay away from processed foods and get plenty of rest! Dimming the lights and avoiding technology at least an hour before sleeping really helps me.

Track the nutrients you eat 12. Ditch coffee (NO CAFFEINE!) 13. Foam roll, release your muscles 14. Become more active! (PEt, kids, etc.) 15. Get some sunshine! 16. Restaurant, check menu beforehand 17. Healthy snack 18. Drive less walk more 19. Wait 10-15 min before seconds 20. Take time to relax 21. Swap dessert with healthier option (Fruit popsicle) 22. A training plan 23.Salad, separate wet from dry 24. Stretch after exercise or before 25. Extra resistance wanted? Add some weight to your bag! 26. Reduce bloating, eat more fresh fruits and veggies! 27. Good Sleep and rest! No electronics 1-1hour 30min before bed. Sorry, I missed some I think but here you go!

Even so I believe they're not as nutritious as freshly cut. But you're right freezing does preserve a lot of the nutrients. Not all food is suitable for freezing though.
If you want to avoid soreness after working out, immediately eat something with protein (just a small snack), drink water, and spend about 15 minutes walking. We were taught to do this in sports med.
You could also help someone who builds a house, has an orchard, runs a farm, renovates their apartment. All this fitness stuff just mimics the effects of physical work. Kick vanity and invest your energy into something actually useful. WinWin.
Love it. I have 60 full days of meals and snacks being posted to take all the guess work out of it for 2 full months :) I lost a ton of weight eating this way. Healthy and no starvation. Love your page :)
1:09 I can kinda relate to this one actually; one day I decided to clean my room and I lost 1 kg, I stayed awake up to midnight to finish cleaning. (My room wasn't that messy, i had to reorganize my closet and boxes tbh)

I recommend listening to podcasts while working out its so entertaining that you literally forget that you are working out I recommend the podcast stuff you should know you can listen to it on Spotify or on the iheart radio app. Youll also learn interesting new things while working out

dont eat much proteine or youll get bigger and your muscles will grow. if its what you want them eat it
usually carbs are fine if you eat something else with it. eat more protein/veggies and a smaller portion of the carbs

No money can buy health or happiness. Working out, maintaining a social life, and managing stress has been my main driver for good health. I also watch my diet very closely, I have adding vitamins, whole foods, and lately also Probase Nutrition Collagen Peptides, which have made a huge difference.
Another tip ; I have an iPhone 6s which has Night Mode on it, which turns the screen to a warmer colour to help you sleep. Just in case you need to use your phone to be able to sleep, like me.

Foam rolling does not release muscles nor anything else, the effect comes from a temporary change in the nervous system (neuromodulation) and just like stretching, it probably doesn't prevent DOMS, but what does is a good active warm up.
I do the last tip, which is keeping the alarm clocks away. actually I have several alarm clocks which go off at 7 am then run all over the house so it's impossible to snooze, the only way to do so is to walk all the way to the food bowls and fill them up... Yes, you guessed it, my cats. 🙃

I always drink plenty of water. While I've never been a coffee drinker, I have been getting into green tea lately. It has a lot of benefits but I'd like to cut back and opt for hot water instead. I also try my best to stay away from processed foods and get plenty of rest! Dimming the lights and avoiding technology at least an hour before sleeping really helps me.
