So I found this video and watched it and about half way through I felt 10x more motivated and I feel like getting in the healthier life style again will help me be a happier person in general. For as long as I can remember I have read before bed. Even when I was little, my parents would read me a book before I went to sleep. Now I can't go to sleep without reading and it really helps me unwind and get a better nights sleep. Now I go through a book a week and it helps a lot with school work as when I have to read a book for school I can get it done quickly and effectively. If you don't already read before bed, please try and do it because you will see a massive change.
I did this when I was 8 but now when I'm 11 I'm addicted to my phone I sit on my phone all the time no when it's winter break I sit on my phone in a day like 8 hours I know that's bad what can I do?

I never comment on videos but I have been in such a bad mindset recently and dealing with a huge drop in self confidence and love. I would definitely do all of this if I had more time in the day and more money lol, I also LOVE getting up and waking up at the same time every day, I am a total morning person, but working a rotating shift, it's literally impossible and throws you off in every single way whether it be your mental health or gut health. Good general tips regarding restricting phone use, watching motivational speakers, workout, etc. I'd also add the very important! : 1) try avoid arguing with people 2) avoid doing flatulence in a public place around others, if you do then always apologize for it and never blame it on others 3) be grateful for all you have in your life - family, friends, home, job, etc.

I love how you say/suggest such simple things and things that are so obvious to do, and yet when you say them and the way you explain them, it all just makes it more clear how beneficial these things can be for you. Love the way you broke down each thing people can do, very precise and helpful!

Good general tips regarding restricting phone use, watching motivational speakers, workout, etc. I'd also add the very important! : 1) try avoid arguing with people 2) avoid doing flatulence in a public place around others, if you do then always apologize for it and never blame it on others 3) be grateful for all you have in your life - family, friends, home, job, etc.
When I want to be positive, I watch your videos, your like my rolemodel❤️

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 7 months ago about self development. Now I have 620 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
