    For as long as I can remember I have read before bed. Even when I was little, my parents would read me a book before I went to sleep. Now I can't go to sleep without reading and it really helps me unwind and get a better nights sleep. Now I go through a book a week and it helps a lot with school work as when I have to read a book for school I can get it done quickly and effectively. If you don't already read before bed, please try and do it because you will see a massive change.

    At the beginning of 2017 i decided that every day i will write somthing good that happened on a slip of paper and put it in a jar. I like it because if i have a really bad day if forces me to find something positive and it reminds me how blessed I am. I have done one every day sense January 1st

    I’ve been watching improvement videos over the last couple of days(and today’s yours was one of my morning routine ones) I’m a visual learner so videos like these do just the best for me!     It feels so amazing that we live in an era where we can connect or atleast listen to anonymous people around the world and be affected by their thoughts otherwise our world would have been small and not that impactful . Although it requires spending so much of time on phone but the biggest joy is learning new things in just matter of seconds . Its profound .     I never comment on videos but I have been in such a bad mindset recently and dealing with a huge drop in self confidence and love. I know what I need to do is retrain myself to appreciate who I am as a person and continue to look forward to things life with excitement. This was a perfect refresher on the small things I can do to make a big difference, thank you so much for this. This is the first video I’ve watched of yours and your helpful reminders of how to be positive had such an impact!!!     perfect timing for this video! since school has started back up i feel myself being stressed and not taking enough time to do the things i enjoy like reading and to journal. ive been journaling since i was in 1st grade and its a great way to unwind

    I would definitely do all of this if I had more time in the day and more money lol, I also LOVE getting up and waking up at the same time every day, I am a total morning person, but working a rotating shift, it's literally impossible and throws you off in every single way whether it be your mental health or gut health. I used to be such a positive person but these last 2 years working full time and having insane hours has really made a change in me, for the worse. I've been realizing that everything I think is pretty much negative, your videos popped on my recommended and a few of your tips are doable for me! So thank you for this video :)

    I absolutely love this! And I do everything mentioned in this video especially making my bed everyday and journaling. The only think is I’m not consistent with everything mentioned but I’m trying to get in the routine. Like you mentioned at the end don’t beat yourself up everyday is a new day so start again.     I would say another thing that helps is to have a bright room. It makes you feel happy. At least for me. Also having animals makes you feel better. And also thank you for this video to help my lifestyle!
