  • In todays video my buddy Georgia Points and I go arrowhead hunting in North Carolina! We found some amazing artifacts and had a TON of fun doing it. It's unfathomable one of the points waited 10,000 years for us! Enjoy the watch! 😌 #arrowheadhunting #ancienthistory #history #nativeamerican #archeology

I am a 63 year old man and have been hunting for arrowheads and artifacts since I was younger than the two of you guys and I have found everything from Clovis points to Randolph points and still to this day when I see a perfect arrowhead laying on the ground I get plain excited and amazed that I am the first person to see the point in thousands of years. Even though I have found beautiful Clovis points that I am very proud of, I think the best find I ever made was a 5 inch green ryolite Dove tail with a white lightning stripe running through it. A Dove tail point is rare to find in N.C. and the one that I found has been graded at a G10 and is a center piece of a frame of other G10 points. Good luck to you, there are some amazing points in N.C. just waiting to be found

This is your best video yet. Everything about this video is awesome. The finds, the variety, the quality of the finds, the filming, the compilation of material and its presentation, your editing style, the humor, the excitement. Easiest 45 min arrowhead hunting video i've ever watched. I already want to watch it again! Congrats to both of you on the great finds and the awesome adventure! Thanks for taking us along! (That really was the best end to a hunt and a video ever)

I spent an UNIMAGINABLE amount of time editing this thing (I used up most of my 128G SD card @ 1080 60) It feels so good to know that I have that effect on some of my viewers. I had to edit out most of the adventure to keep the video relevant but I kinda want to do a video with all of the cuts I made because there was just so much good content (and some miscellaneous artifacts) It was hard to take em out. I was so suprised to feel how light the kirk was because Ive never picked up something that well formed 😂 Georgia Points and I have this insane idea for next summer… Ill let you know about it when/if we get it put together. Awesome video fellas, stellar finds, I didn’t get a notification for some reason, woke up at 4am and this popped up in my feed, this video has a variety of killer stuff, those blades are sweet, those yadkins were sweet and Dalton? Looks like one to me and super sweet😮I really only recently learned I’ve been misidentifying some yadkins as daltons for years, I’ve found a lot of daltons but but a lot of them were yadkins apparently lol, that bifurcated toothy point was was sweet as well, I was giggling when you found that big Sandy live and the blades on the way out lol, that was cool, looks y’all had a blast together, always turns out stellar when y’all collab, look forward to Georgia Points video as well, btw I’ve been watching videos of people busting up hunks of slag and panning gold flakes out it, I wanna break out my brothers gold pan and try it with the slag I recently found, pretty dang cool fellas, it’s normally hard for me to sit through a forty five minute video but this one didn’t feel like it, great editing, I’m sure I’ll watch it again, congrats to both of you, great finds, kinda inspired me, I’m gonna get ready and head to my favorite creek and see if anything is washed up, have a good one bud, thanks for sharing, God Bless & GL&HH!!!👊🏹

@@thegeorgiacreekwalker491 It was hard to hear myself call it a yadkin so I definitely had to do that voiceover especially after Georgia Points called it a dalton. Im always skeptical of calling something paleo because I never thought I would find one haha. Its called an alamance point is extremely similar to daltons but must be a regional version of it. Glad to know the video was engaging enough to sit through the whole way 😂 that took literally 3 weeks of editing after work. His “pickwick” looking point was actually a live find but I was having some issues getting the file because the video was so long. Thats cool about the slag glass gold! He had been finding yadkins and daltons a lot too and I told him I think SOME of the “daltons” you and him find are yadkins because there is no way daltons are that common in both of your areas given dalton is late paleo. Good luck today bro! I know youll find something 🤜🏻
