    To sum up this discussion, "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything." Remember, there's diplomatic respectful ways to speak up for what is right.

    • @mihaisagungureanu3070
      @mihaisagungureanu3070 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, that's an important point. First not all positive trouble makers are skilled enough in the communication to achieve this "respectful ways to speak up" theoretical perfection. And second, even if they do, there will always be individuals that will feel at fault, more or less indirectly. One organization should ask itself what's more important: keeping their values and mission, encouraging debate and error identification or the "feelings" of the conservative branches. The perfect communication will not happen in the real world, especially when the relevant information will come from hard skilled technicians that are not very "soft skilled".

    • @3DEditor
      @3DEditor 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mihaisagungureanu3070 yes, I agree and understand what you said. No matter how something is conveyed, there will always be someone who will misunderstand the intentions behind the words. That's why it's important to be as clear and concise as possible and give others the opportunity to ask any questions, if they're not sure they understood correctly what you're saying.

    Well said and so beautiful. Love the end of this short video where she talks about speaking up and taking the space to be heard just make sure your in the right space. Cause she is so right...its so draining when you speak up and no one is listening.

    Well said, totally true. Live by it, for many years. Was miserable before that, be who you are and live it out.

    If you don’t say it that’s how you deprive others of the opportunity to hear something that they normally wouldn’t hear. Live it!! Im a trouble maker all the way. Took me years to get game to start doong this and the breakout or the confidence so to speak that I received out of my free personality was so worth it and so much better for me overall, health wise and psychological ways as I became a free and relaxed person. No more worry so much or concern what others will think or how they will see me. This made a boring person like me with no personality to a popular one with heaps of personality. 👍👍 Great video, good to know others out there also realised the truth behind great happiness.

    Taunting people like a Bully when no one else would or stand up against speaks fear and staying in the lane and not considered professional troubmaking. Becoming a whistle-blower against something you truly believe in makes you a professional troublemaker. Too many people want to blend in but refuse to stand out and stand up in virtue, and, wisdom, and positive belief.

    You don't need those people in your life who don't listen to you. It is useless to stand for something and prove them something. You won't create anything with them. I think it is more productive to find those who want to listen to you and stick with them and cut those who do not pay attention to your words.

    • @donaldhobson8873

      @Katmandu Carl There are plenty of ways to harm people just by saying things. You could hire an assassin. You could tell terrorists how to bioengineer a pandemic. You could persuade them to kill themselves. Opposing opinions might sometimes be safe, but there are definitely things you can say that will harm others.

  • @donaldhobson8873

    "overcoming your fears"? Suppose I fear nuclear war, or a new pandemic even worse than covid. How do I overcome those fears?

    @Whitney Pennington Rogers, the earth is flat. I'm a troublemaker, I start trouble. Your globe is a model that doesn't exist. The earth is flat and stationary. How do I get paid to start this trouble? I want to be a professional about it. Outer space is fake and gravity doesn't exist, I mean it and can back it up, the earth is flat.

    • @kaydincathey
      @kaydincathey 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@andynightsky nah I'm pretty sure that would happen because viruses become immune to antibiotics and vaccines. And because humans will become so dependant on medicine that their immune systems cannot fight the diseases. Call me crazy but...😏

    Speak when you have something to say, not just to draw attention to yourself, if you make a tantrum around adults they won't want you there, because you are lowering the discussion level, if you don't have anything smart to say, stay quiet and come back when you do. Much of the problem with american politics is that of morons yelling when they have nothing to say but want attention, and this goes for both sides, that is the reason no one else cares about american politics.
