olaf's oldtimer. Repair. Finding the reverse light switch of my Mercedes W201 190D under the car?

After I did not find the reverse light switch inside the interior of my Mercedes W201 190D I today crawl under the car, take of the cover and take a look at the outside of the automatic gearbox, trying to find the switch, some lose cables, anything. I guess I need your help.

Hi, I hope this TH-cam video can help, it is for a W124, but the UK Haynes 190 workshop manual suggests its the same part in same location, quite possible as they share a lot of common parts. th-cam.com/video/byKRLka-wIU/w-d-xo.html
I feel your pain, i too was lying on the cold wet driveway this weekend, to change exhaust down pipe on my daily driving 1988 W124 230.
