1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3 cloves garlic
3 15oz cans of tomato sauce
1 tsp honey or any sweetener
For cream sauce:
24 oz cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp creole seasoning
1lb mozzarella
2 cups grated Parmesan
