    Yes those chips saved me I brought them with me out and I made my own adult beverage. Preparation is the key to staying on track ( thanks !!!!) got that from u😊. I’ve lost 80 lbs 2 years ago and have gained 20 back now 10 and I’m just trying to make this a lifestyle not just a diet so I’m learning to eat and enjoy my food that way I appreciate it and not abuse it…..One of my daughters had a Halloween party at her home and I stayed on track with my eating and enjoyed the fun because I had no guilt and enjoyed the FOOD DRINKS and fun!!! I think my mindset has changed regarding overindulgence of food but if I fall off I’ll quickly jump back on it !!!!

    what was the first week of keto like for u? did u get keto flu?

      So no keto flu this time around. Honestly, just my irritability was a 10, since I ate such a carb heavy diet all the time. So even though the keto food was sufficient & good. I was still on edge craving carbs a lot. First time I ever tried keto for a month i got the keto flu. It lasted a week & I was super nauseous. Ugh! Made me not want to eat at all, but I read that during that timeframe its best to bulk up on good fats.
