    I was really hoping to see some non sponsored ads before I bought mine, but what the hell I took the risk and bought one. So far it’s been fantastic. The only issue I had was the first time I sent it out after the quick mapping, it went to the wrong spot. I told it to mop the kitchen and it went to the living room. It showed it was in the kitchen on the app, but it was indeed in the living room. I picked it up and placed it where it showed it was on the app and it continued like nothing happened. Subsequent cleans have all been flawless.

    I've been using T20 for a week now, and I make it mop the floor every day. It's really freaking amazing, save 1 hour for me every day,

      It’s 7 hours a week and 28 hours a month!!! 😵 Then multiply this by your hourly wage and this is how much you already save!

    I have the T10 and I’m over the moon! Previously, I had a Eufy and just.. mopped myself. Does this entirely replace hand mopping? Nope, but mine does an amazing job, I use it once -twice a week, and I use water/pine sole for cleaning, my hard wood floors are gleaming.

    I like your review on this product, was looking at others as well. The worst thing I found about these bots is they are all Chinese companies and they have costumer service in the country they are serving. So I am in the USA and the highest consumer rating for best customer service is 1.2 out of 5 stars. And that is high for most countries. So when you buy one that is it. When it breaks or stops working you are on your own. Even if it is when you open the box. Granted most don't, but I was looking at a $1400 purchase and that was on sale and it was. These are luck of the draw. But it would be a great business to start if you could service them. Great video

      @@ErinLawrenceTV I've had this now for 3 weeks and had the x1 omni before it. I believe this is just a pad wetter and has no onboard water. There is no fill hole on the bot like the x1 had and the app doesn't ever say it's filling a water tank. Having said that, it works just fine though and the ability to lift the pads is a total game changer.

    We have had the T-20 for a little over a week. I like it so much better than iRobot. We have a few things we have not been able to find or enable. First, we miss the easy scheduling feature like we had in the iRobot. If we want to begin cleaning Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for example, we can't locate that feature on the t-20. The other item you mention in your video is the ability to voice command the T-20 to a specific place in your home to spot-clean an area. When we try this feature, the T-20 responds that it is not available. I know we are not the only users who have found this shortcoming, and, quite frankly, one of the selling features for us on the T-20. All in all, your review is spot on, and the T-20 is an amazing machine. It is also surprisingly quiet.

    • @ErinLawrenceTV

      It does need power in order to stay charged. And plus if you have to keep moving the base station to plug it in and then unplug it, it needs to remap your home every time. Could you put it in a lesser used room?

    @mireillewhritenour6076 ปีที่แล้ว

    I just got the Deebot T20 omini a week ago.The set up was easy and it vacuum well but the benefits stopped there. There is no water going to the mopping pads and thus no mopping.
    We got with product support via chat (they had us reset the machine which did not fix the issue) and by phone. Support is less than helpful. I did not sense a lot of interest in my problem or urgency. They did not have a fix for me and suggested that I return the machine for repairs. At this price I am returning the machine for a credit. Very disappointing.

    I have been using this robot for 2-3 weeks.
    At first I was skeptical due to the lack of LiDAR . However, my worry was quite unnecessary. The 3D mapping works as good as LiDAR.
    The downside? It lacks the camera and remote function which I would like to have.
    Another downside would be the app not as user friendly especially when it come to setting customize daily cleaning. Took me awhile to understand the sequence of planning.

    Is anyone else seeing the issue where it wont fully clean under furniture if obstacle avoidance is enabled. I thought it was just me but ive seen a few comments on Reddit now saying the same. Ive reach out to Ecovacs support but its been nearly a week now and no response

    • @ErinLawrenceTV
      @ErinLawrenceTV  ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven't seen that... but what type of furniture; like a sofa, or a table?

    • @RichyNeal
      @RichyNeal ปีที่แล้ว

      @ErinLawrenceTV it's my sofas, they are pretty standard size with plenty of clearance above the deebot, nothing special or odd shapes. With object avoidance switched off it fully cleans underneath without issue, when it's switched on it will go around the furniture legs but when it attempts to clean underneath it will go so far then back out.
      Seeing a few mentions of it on reddit so at least I know it's not just me

    This is an alert about the Ecovacs new T20 vacuum/mop. Be VERY careful when you use it!!!!
    I received my T20 about 3 weeks ago and am having some BIG problems with it.
    I noticed that after a mop run, the floor infront of the dock and the ramp of the dock was wet.
    I watched it while it docked, and while it was docking, THE MOP PADS WERE DOWN!!!!
    This means that DIRTY water was being squeezed off the pads, and rubbing into the floor infront of the dock!!!
    It didn't matter what area was being mopped, or the whole house either!!!
    ALSO, there was so much water that the floor UNDER the dock was SOAKED! This is NOT GOOD for 120 year old hardwood floor!!!!
    The SAME thing happens after a vacuum only run, but the pads are usually not wet. BUT that still wears them excessivley.
    I have tested a few other modes, like MOP, and MOP and VACUUM, and the pads are rinsed like normal, THEN the bot backs out of the dock
    WITH THE PADS DOWN AND WET!!!!!!
    This ALSO squeezes water under the dock!!!!
    The problem would be just as bad if the dock were on a carpet! The carpet detect does not work during docking, so the pads are down and rubbing the carpet
    with dirty water!!!
    I have been in contact with Ecovacs, and sent them videos of the problem, and they don't seem to be very interested in getting the firmware fixed.
    They just give me alot of "stroking" and "how sorry they are.." blah blah blah!!!!
    They are sending me an "moisture-proof pad".
    Sure sounds like they know this is a problem!!!!
    I feel for a $1000 vacuum that is supposed to be premium, I got the "premium" treatment!!! Bend over!!!
    I am sending mine back, and will forefit the $100 discount and the one day Amazon $250 gift card as my hardwood floors are worth TONS more than this!

    I never understood the term Netflix and chill. As someone who is neurodivergent if there's something I want to see on Netflix, it's a task that needs to be completed. And if it's a series, I've have to binge as fast as possible and when I'm not binging it I'm stressing

    A very good looking model, the vacs not bad either 😊
    These are still crazy expensive. Cheapest I found was $1428 delivered, inc tax and that included a rebate of $50 worth of coins and vouchers. The hutch looks much nicer than the roboroc version and price at 1K cheaper is tempting.
    But, say I could sell my older S5 roborock for $350 aud (mop never used, with low hours) I still can't justify $1100 more for the mopping function. In laymens terms, it would cost $4.20 per week, without recharging or maintaince costs over 5 years.
    Ridiculous, considering they would produce these for less than $150 imo. And its pretty obvious, the high end vesions are coming from the same factory or two. Becides, you still have to empty the water tank at least bi weekly and clean the hair caught in the rollers every time.
    So, so, sick of Chinas extortion prices of late. You have to be very savy nowdays and only spend if its worth it. These are worth half the price imo. My advice is don't be a sucker, for a floor sucker😅
    Either keep holding out for realistic pricing, buy cheaper older models or start your own youtube gadget review channel😂 All prices in AUD.
    That mop pad getting the "luxury pack" treatment was hillarious.
    Great video again👍🏻

    sorry to say but this looks like a paid advertisement. The app used to be absolutely bad with mapping, constantly losing the maps and the robot taking atleast a few weeks of cleaning till it sets the map correctly. Virtual borders are so hard to use that i simply gave up instead using suitcases n stuff to make the robot stick to one room.
    She hasn't mentioned any improvements to it so I am guessing those problems still exist.
    Also she didn't mention the spinning tube and brushes have to be cleanind manually, it catches hair . Does the auto clean take care of this?
    Noise levels? just saying it is very quiet gives not idea, whats the decibel value? compare it to previous models.....
    The worst part is the customer service. They have NO CLUE when you try to explain and barel understand what you are saying. The only thing they keep repeating is to restart the robot even if you tell them you have tried this multiple times.
    This review seems more honest: th-cam.com/video/oAZfhyEIDEY/w-d-xo.html surprised that this doesn't have an onboard water tank....
