Great review. Im probably going to go for the T20 model as i want hot water mopping. Size of the station is a lot bigger though 🤔

I see there is no cold water inlet to the robot, I.e there isn't an integrated water tank in the robot compared to the t20 omni. Do you find that the robot has to go back to the station to wet it's mops quite frequently?

Hi, this is a bit of a guestimation as I have not really monitored it but I would say it goes back after about 12 square metres of mopping. The mop heads always seem to stay wet and efficient, and it uses about 40% of the water tank with the dirty water tank showing it has been working well.

How does it work, especially in kitchen corners? Does it mop and vacuum those places?

Hi, it vacuums close to edges, and works well. It does not get tight to any edges so with this and as far as I know every robovac you need to finish edges by hand when needed.

Hi I read very bad comments on Reddit. Does anyone encounter the same problems discussed at Reddit?

Hi, as far as I am aware the difference is the Deebot T20 uses hot water for the mopping - heats the water, and the Deebot T20e uses cold water and does not heat.

    Sorry I have the question.
When washing the mop in hot water, will the steam from washing the mop affect the machine itself or the base station for a long time?
What I mean Will steam damage the machine?

Hi, the Deebot T20e only uses cold water but has hot air drying. I don't see this being an issue as I would expect this to have been addressed in design with good protection. This is my opinion rather than fact as I haven't had it long enough to see. Should it be an issue I would return under warrantee, and expect resolution.

      Thank you bro,I see!
      I didn't notice T20(e),my country doesn't sell this model.
I didn't know there was a cold water version of the machine.

You are welcome. The only issues I have found so far are that it does not climb the small step between the kitchen and living room very well when in mop mode, and it won't go under lower units due to the height with the sensor on the top. Apart from that I am finding it does a great cleaning job.
