- Nandipha Magudumana's bail application has been adjourned. She appeared in the in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court. Thabo Bester's partner in crime cried in court as her affidavit was read out. It depends on what you understand about "in love" bearing in mind what the body language interpreter said. Dr Magudumana is educated. Therefore, she would not act qabish when she met Bester in the dock. She knows Bester, and she was staying with Bester before the escape. We had the VN where Bester threatened Nandipha and told her that she didn't know what he was capable of. It's a train of events that we are still going to hear in this matter.

Bro he is in C-Max in PTA if you know anything about prison that is single cells you get 5min shower time then you are cuffed again escorted to your cell 2.5×4m and 1hour exercise and then cuffed again and to the cell there you know you are locked up that's not your normal max prison! Please don't make comments if you don't know what your talking about - alot of people are going to kak because of Bester the helping of escape is a small sentence the trail will take longer than the sentence itselfs

She had different passports, claimed the corpse from the mortuary, was in it in faking his death and planning Bester's escape. Prior to his escape they enjoyed weekends out whilst he was still in custody.
Only a few weeks ago, she was there gazing lovingly into Bester's eyes, holding hands. She has a distorted sense of reality/truth, and thinks she can claim kidnap when it suits.

1. She allegedly knew his real name was thabo bester and thus knew who he was. She visited him in prison several times so she cannot refute that she knew he was supposed to be in prison in the time she dated him.She knew he was serving an extended sentence behind bars long before he escaped. She allegedly was warned and had a fight with her estranged husband over her exposing their daughters to the presence and company of thabo bester. her ex-husband or her brother allegedly said this in their original public statements.
2. She provided the dead body or helped allegedly to provide the dead bodies to cover up his escape.
3. She claimed one of the dead bodies from a mortuary herself while thabo was in prison.
4 She then after his cell was burned down to escape thereafter claimed this burnt body as his "traditional" wife with no one forcing her to perform a funeral.
5. She lived freely with him after his escape in south africa even going shopping to woolworths in sandton of all places to show she was never afraid or held against her will.
6. She was the one connected to her friend Dr Precious whose information was used to make fake identity documents for her. When did she pose for those photos if he "suddenly" came home one day and said we need to run now by force? what did she think they were for when she willingly took them?
7. She then proceeded to pass several security check points, willingly hiding her identity to law officials on purpose.Why didnt she seek help then?he was a convicted rapists and murderer who was wanted- he would have been immediatelt arrested and she rushed to a place of safety. how did he coerce her form when he was imprisoned, to when he escaped and LIVED WITH HER living their best life as a couple. how and whe exactly did he get access to her and start to engage with her by force?
8. After they were arrested - she claimed her arrest in tanzania was unlwaful rather than crying relief that she had been at last resued. she claimed she was free to be in tanzania with her murderer and rapist and her rights wree violated. she was not relieved she was found - she was not relieved the monster that had taken her away from her CHILDREN was arrested - she did not once ask for help along the whole time she has been arrested. Her PRIMARY defence to her arrest was that it was unlawful - nothing about it being a good thing because she was finally able to go home to her kids who happen to be girls while she is dating a RAPIST.
9. Once she lost thatv attempt at nonsense to challenge her arrest - she made love with her eyes and held hands lovingly and blushed from the second she saw bester. there was love in the air! no fear - no arwkwardness - no tears or shaking - no looking down - she almost called him to seat by her, held his hand the whole time, laughed with him, touched him, looked deep into his eyes smiling..now she wants us to believe she was afraid of her lover?that she was forced? what happened to these tears and trauma then? her family was there, her colleagues are watching, the country is watching and she chooses to behave like that in full view of the public?
Nandipha maguduman deserves to rot in jail along with her rapist and murderer! this man terrorized and hurt this country deeply!a faceboook rapists, a con artists, a fraudster, a thief - he has ruined so many people's lives and traumatized so many young girls, women and men!he deserves to be punished to the fullest extent of the law along with this monster of a woman who enabled him!
