Thabo Bester Saga | Dr Nandipha Magudumana to know her fate today: Chriselda Lewis

Dr Nandipha Magudumana's fate lies in the hands of Bloemfontein magistrate Estelle de Lange who is expected to deliver judgment in her bail application today. The defence in the Thabo Bester escape case has tried to convince the court that Magudumana will not evade trial while the state is opposing bail. The state is of the view that she has reason to flee as she has done so before.

Her actions in court towards Bester does not correlate with her version of being forced and threatened to leave SA. She did not receive the SA officials as saviours, but took them to court for bringing her back illegally and against her will. Not the actions of someone "saved" from a dangerous kidnapper. She is as bad as Bester and this is just an attempt to get out to plan Bester's next escape.
