Magudumana convinced opposition to her bail attempt is not in interest of justice

Dr Nandipha Magudumana is convinced that the State's strong opposition to her bail application is not in the interest of justice.
Last week Wednesday, Magudumana submitted in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court that the state is decorating charges to ensure she faces a Schedule Five offence.
She faces charges of fraud and corruption and assisting an inmate to escape from prison.
Magudumana is applying for bail after being arrested in Tanzania with convicted rapist and murderer, Thabo Bester, who escaped from the Mangaung Correctional Centre in May last year.
