- Jailbreak accused Thabo Bester is claiming unfair treatment and has
even asked the Free State High Court to sentence him to death.
He, as well as his alleged girlfriend, Dr Nandipha Magudumana, and
seven co-accused, will return to court in July after their pre-trial
conference was postponed yet again.

If no private legal firms want to represent him, the state needs to offer to appoint one for him or he can refuse and opt to represent himself. The judge must stop playing games and changing the rules. Enough of legal people wasting time and getting paid by tax payers for delaying the process. A grieving family needs justice.
