    Can i use the same recipe to turn it to a cake? If so how long should i bake it for?

    What is corn flour? Is it the same with cornstarch? How about powdered sugar is it the same with the sugar used for icing cake! Thank you for sharing. 😋😋😋🙏

    • @NaazsCookbook
      @NaazsCookbook  13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, it's same. Sugar is granulated sugar which you can grind it using a grinder for easy mixing. Or else use without grinding.

    Hello there..I've tried one your recipes and it turned out great..I wanna try this too but before that I wanted to know what type of Orange juice should I use..Is it fresh juice from the orange or the orange juice mix that we get in bottles?

    • @NaazsCookbook
      @NaazsCookbook  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Better use fresh, if not go for the bottled one. But freshly squeezed is the best.

      🥰. I bake my cakes on lower rack with 2 rods on.. sometimes if the top part is not browning, I keep it on middle rack for 5 minutes more. It depends on the oven.

    How do we know if we over mix?

    • @NaazsCookbook
      @NaazsCookbook  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mix gently untill the wet and dry ingredients are combined. Once everything is combined do not mix.

    Hi dear... Your all recipes Awsm... Only one doubt.. Why U always use baking soda with eggs... In most of the dishes I note if eggs are used baking soda skip.... Can U plz dissolve my query... Thx

    • @NaazsCookbook
      @NaazsCookbook  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, some recipes skip baking soda where I always prefer to add a small amount of baking soda to give a nice brown color. Also I feel baking soda and baking powder together will make a tastier cake ( may be only for me ☺).

    • @NaazsCookbook
      @NaazsCookbook  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No. They are slightly different. But you can use it as a replacement.

    i followed your recepi only can make 5 muffins

    • @NaazsCookbook
      @NaazsCookbook  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      5 cupcakes? If you use large cupcake case you can make 8-9( same as in the video) but with normal cupcake case you can make 10-12.

    If I don't have corn flour what's the other option?

    • @NaazsCookbook
      @NaazsCookbook  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you have cake flour use it. Otherwise you can use all purpose flour itself.

  • @evelyngoh89

    i try today followed your recepi, but why my muffin turn out not fluffy at all?

    • @NaazsCookbook
      @NaazsCookbook  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh 😔might be bcz of over mixing the flour? I doubt you made some mistake in the measurements, coz this measurements will definitely give you minimum 8-9 cupcakes, you said you could make 5.

    • @evelyngoh89
      @evelyngoh89 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@NaazsCookbook i use the same size cup like u. It must be over mixing or my measurement. will try again next week. Thanks

    • @NaazsCookbook
      @NaazsCookbook  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes dear. Try to mix until the ingredients are just combined. Also make sure the eggs are at room temperature ☺️. It will surely give fluffy and moist cupcakes.

      I am so sorry, used 60 ml, which is 1/4 cup. Corrected in description. Thank you so much for asking.

    Is it better to use middle protein flour or low protein flour ?

    • @NaazsCookbook
      @NaazsCookbook  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Both will work, I think low protein flour will be better.
