I tried so many recipes of cupcakes, I didn't really like it, so I gave up on them, but recently my little daughter asked for a cupcakes, so Natasha's video came up and I gave myself another chance. People!!! You won't believe! They turn out SO DELICIOUS! I add only 1 cup of icing sugar to the frosting and it was still sweet enough to my taste. If you don’t have buttermilk you can just add a bit less than half a cup of milk with about a teaspoon of lemon juice, mix and let it sit for 5 minutes... Viòla!

I just made this yesterday and it came out just amazinggggg. I made it as a cake for my brother's anniversary, and even without frosting it tasted soo sooo good, moist and totally yum.
The recipe, from the cupcake batter to the cupcake frosting was absolutely easy and delicious! I’ve made it twice now and the only adjustment I made, because I’m not a fan of super sweet frosting, is add 1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar instead of 2 cups like the recipe asks.🙂

I made these yesterday! I liked that the frosting wasn't too sweet. The frosting did come out a little thin though (but It's winter here in Australia and I had my heating on, so that may be why?). Overall, they were delicious. I ate them with some hot English breakfast tea! I think this will be my go-to vanilla cupcake recipe from now on. I'd like to try it with some of Natasha's other frosting recipes too :)

I made these cupcakes yesterday and they are literally the best cupcakes I have EVER made. Thank you so much for this. Only thing I struggled with was the the cream cheese vanilla frosting. It was still quick liquidy when I made it, even after putting in in fridge for a while so I couldn't pipe well, not sure if I didn't beat the whip cream enough or I may need to add more icing sugar. But either way stil the best cupcakes I made.

I’m trying this right now. They are in the oven and honestly, I’m so exited. It was very lumpy as I ran out of baking powder so I replaced it with self raising flour and then I replaced buttermilk with normal milk. I whipped it for 3 mins, stopped whipped it for an additional 7 mins and then microwaved it and whipped it again for 3 more mins. It started turning very smooth without any lumps. I’m thankful for the result as I don’t have to throw it out. It’s alright, still fluffy

They tasted so good that I couldn’t resist but eat non stop 5 mini cup cakes. I feel both guilty and satisfied at the same time. They had a little bit more salt than normal cupcakes but I like them like that. My daughter's boyfriend wanted vanilla cupcakes for his birthday. Everyone LOVED yours. I made the cupcakes last night for a test run. They are wonderful!!! My granddaughter, Addison, is coming over after school today to make a double batch. Her mom is giving a baby shower at work tomorrow. We are planning on using pink icing with little pearls on top. We always have so much fun in the kitchen baking. Making memories!

you have to whip it until soft peeks should take around 4 to 5 min and after add the icing sugar

Thank you for this recipe! Made it today for my five year old cousins birthday and everyone loved it! For the frosting I did one cup icing sugar because I didnt want it to be too sweet and it was great!

Its technically not buttercream but a double frosting into one. One is the cream cheese the other is the heavy cream so its to in one frosting. Lmao

Thank you so much Natasha. My first time making cupcakes. My cupcakes tastes wonderful. I baked them at midnight while my children were sleeping. Done at 1AM. They tasted so good that I couldn’t resist but eat non stop 5 mini cup cakes. I feel both guilty and satisfied at the same time. They had a little bit more salt than normal cupcakes but I like them like that. I will try not to eat all my children's cup cakes tonight. :P I’m sure my kids will be very happy tomorrow when they wake up. Thank you. All of your recipes that I've tried are great!!!!

For one egg replacement u can put 1/4 cup curd
So how many ever they are putting eggs u put as many cups of curd that would be perfect
If you're allergic to chicken egg,try duck/quail egg

I really loved it thank you but 20 - 23 mins is so much some of my cupcakes were brunt but the rest were fine so i think 15 mins will be the best choice. thanks for the recipe ❤️

My daughter's boyfriend wanted vanilla cupcakes for his birthday. Everyone LOVED yours. They asked for another batch but this time they wanted the cupcakes and frosting separate so they could scoop as much frosting as they want on them. LOL. There's only 4 left but lots of frosting. I made the cupcakes last night for a test run. They are wonderful!!! My granddaughter, Addison, is coming over after school today to make a double batch. Her mom is giving a baby shower at work tomorrow. We are planning on using pink icing with little pearls on top. We always have so much fun in the kitchen baking. Making memories!

Yes! I do it all the time. You can substitute 3/4 cup oil for every 1 cup of butter. I find oil makes the cupcakes even lighter and super moist
