I have made this plus frosting using margarine, I did it late at night so didn't want to disturb sleeping folks so what I did was pour hot water in a wok and in it I just add the appropriate amount of margarine on a metal bowl and let it melt...butter is prolly tastier and I also had a look at your link, it's working...but... ...in your written recipe, you did not put down the amount of orange zest to be used 🤭😬 As a rule, I think a tablespoon is enough but I put in extra to add more zingggg to my muffins 🤣😆

Make it simply step by step, first cream butter with sugar with a spatula, then when adding eggs, use the hand whisk.
