Calls for reform at University Hospital Limerick following Aoife Johnston inquest

The Tánaiste has called for a review of health services in the Midwest in the wake of the inquest into the death of 16-year-old Aoife Johnston.
Aoife from Shannon, in Co.Clare died with sepsis at University Hospital Limerick in December 2022 waiting more than 15 hours for lifesaving antibiotics.
Her family are among those calling for urgent reform at the Hospital, warning that more people will die without change.
