BLASTER BUILD BEGINS. We give the 2000 yamaha blaster a fresh clean then we get to work. In this part of the build we focus on the TORS delete and Oil pump delete. We drill out the carb to add idle screw, new throttle cable and a bunch of new parts arrived for the blaster!!!

Old style light is better than a 02 or newer cuz when you turn it it fallows where your turning a 02 or newer is always pointed straight

How do you not know what size you’re bars are bro? They are 7/8, get a pair of pillow tops like he did, they are the best out there, they wear out in about a year or 2 but feel amazing

I’m struggling with idle return in my blaster, when I give it throttle while it neutral it kinda bounces and takes a while to return to idle. If anyone could help that would be awesome! I can also send a video of what I mean. Thanks

Sounds like your air screw is too lean. Richen it up by turning it in 1/2 turn. Check out this link for a great carb tuning guide yellowdogracing.com/techstuff.htm
