I put new pro taper bars on my boys blaster and it didn't run right afterwards. Ran perfect before. I was ripping my hair out, tearing the bike apart haha. Your parking brake thing saved my sanity! Thanks man!

Thank you!!! My 04 blaster wouldn't Rev at all. It sounded like it was bouncing off the Rev limiter but at idle. I unhooked the parking brake wire and its fine now!!!
I deleted both after my ground up build and doing the same thing and I got aftermarket carb I dropped my bike off with a guy and he’s trying to drill into the dam carb for a air fuel kit

Yeah, just disconnect the parking brake wire up on the top left on clutch lever. You have to cut the wire, you can either tape it or cap it off. You don't have to loop the parking brake wire 👍 has to stay open, (separated) , not looped.. 👍

You have to drill and tap a new idle control screw into your carb to get it to idle. All these videos talk about how to do deletes but never explain what these systems are, why they are needed, and what additional steps you'll have to take to get your bike to run right.
So is there really a need for the tors delete kit ? Which is the new carb cap and throttle cable ? I see that it also says you would need to install an idle screw if you install the tors delete kit
I got an 03 blaster. I bought the TOR delete kit. I installed it and the bike won’t idle. I installed a new throttle cable and installed the idle screw as well. Do I have to do the wire connection like you did? Thanks
@@blake_6052 I do not I'll let you know if I ever get another blaster in the shop. Just play around with them like I did. If I remember right they are pretty obvious and run to the front brake. This was my issue with the quad it ran smooth after.
so i done this and my blaster still wont hit high rpm i cleaned carb changed spark plug replaced reeds changed air filter i really dont know at this stage im mind fucked atm
The parking brake sensor is a pain in the ass! The warriors have it too. Follow the plug and disconnect it. If you want a cleaner look for the caliper and the handle bar buy a new lever holder and a delete kit for the hose.
The tors system must delete with a new CAP AND new trotle cable AND a kit to drill a new idle screw, I did it AND now the response it's more crisp , now it's like a race quad....
I accidentally unplugged those 2 female cables near the carborator while unloading the blaster from my SUV. Now my bike will bogg and barley move when i give it gas!! Also, the brakes have completely gave out and don’t work now ):. It was all fine about a week ago, if you have an email i could send you pictures.
Invariably Driven i tried to my brother but it wouldn’t reach. It seem like those two female pieces needed an adapter in the middle but I could not find one not even online I thought it was this TORS system and I’m still not sure

Gabriel M. If you have no spark I’d try a new coil and or cdi both cheap and easy to install. Still no spark check stator.

It will just stall out. Once you bypass it. It will run. Although make sure your carburetor is clean first!

Check the Ebrake wire sensor up by the clutch 👍
